SantaBot is the main antagonist and final boss of the Christmas 2017 event from the Roblox game Tower Battles. It is an evil replica of Santa Claus who seeks to defeat the players and their forces with its army.

Appearance

SantaBot wields a large, flaming candy-themed minigun. It can be noted as having a head and arms that are metallic, with a dark red suit and black suspenders and shoes, and it has a white beard and a xmas hat (retexture) and yellow glowing eyes. In addition, SantaBot sports white gloves, a Santa hat and a rusty backpack full of presents on its back. It's obvious enough to know that this boss was based on the folklore character Santa Claus.

Biography

SantaBot faces the players in the Christmas Town. It first appears in wave 10 of the Christmas event, as night falls. Immediately after appearing, it laughs in a robotic voice, then begins attacking player units with the candy cane minigun on its back.

Although it's a robot, it is defeated and deactivated by the players. Meanwhile, a sound is heard due to its power loss and it falls face down on the ground.

It is currently unknown who created SantaBot and for what purpose.

Powers and Abilities

• Superhuman Strength and Durability: Including the features that come with being a robot, SantaBot has a considerable health pool of 150,000 health.
• Flaming Presents: SantaBot carries flaming presents with it. It can use these to ignite the player's towers and stun them.
• Gunmanship: Using the candy cane minigun, SantaBot fires burning candy canes onto the units, causing them to catch on fire and be stunned for some time.

Trivia

• SantaBot bears a strong resemblance to Robot Santa from Futurama.
• It is often theorized that Dr. Xenon, the main antagonist of Tower Battles' direct sequel Tower Defense X, was inspired by SantaBot's design or used its remnants to build Exo Santa.
