Santiago Moncada is the overarching antagonist of the 2022 action-adventure film Uncharted, an adaptation to the popular video game series of the same name developed by Naughty Dog.
He is a member of the once prestigious House of Moncada, an infamous family who funded the Magellan expedition. In order to save his family's reputation, Santiago desires to find the Magellan expedition's treasure, hiring Jo Braddock and Chloe Frazer to do so.
He was portrayed by Antonio Banderas, who also played Armand in Interview with the Vampire, Miguel Bain in Assassins, Robert Ledgard in The Skin I Live In, El Cameleón in Machete Kills, Sir Clorex in Justin and the Knights of Valour, Burger-Beard in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, Aristotle Papadopoulos in Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard, and Hunter Cabot in Paddington in Peru.

Santiago is the last descendant of the Moncada family, who financed Magellan's expedition to have the gold he would found in return, and also has financed several activities in the world, including Franco's regime. However, Santiago's father intends to erase the bad reputation associated with the family's name by donating the family's wealth. Santiago is also Braddock's boss, and leads a group of mercenaries along her, are now in Barcelona to steal the cross,
He is first seen along with Braddock in an auction to buy a golden cross that it's vinculated to the Magellan crew, Sully (who has a past with her) tries to distract her so Nathan can turn off the lights to allow Sully steal the cross, two of Braddock's men ambush Nathan and start a fight that scares everyone in the auction.
He and Braddock are now in Barcelona to steal the cross, Braddock kills Moncada's father on the orders of Moncada himself, because his father considered him unworthy of inheriting the family wealth and instead he was going to donate it. He, Braddock, Chloe Frazer, and the mercs depart in a cargo plane headed to Kiamba, Philippines to meet their forces and find the two lost ships containing the gold at Cala de Oro. When Moncada celebrates telling a speech that 500 years ago, his family was betrayed, and that they found the world's biggest fortune and hid it, resulting in people searching for it but in vain.
He said that the fortune was left to him to recover his family's gold and that it is today to restore his family's fortune. He exclaims telling that he will bring back honour to his house. As he says that he will earn his place in the Moncada family, however Braddock betrays him and slices his throat, killing him.

He is a ruthless and obsessive treasure hunter who meets Nathan Drake and Victor "Sully" Sullivan while seeking for Ferdinand Magellan's fortune. A member of the House of Moncada, Santiago believes himself to be the rightful heir to Magellan's treasure.
