Satan is one of the main antagonists in the anime/manga series Kinnikuman.
He is the dark lord of all Devil Chojin and is directly responsible for many of the antagonists in the series itself such as Buffaloman and Akuma Shogun.
He would finally step in to fight the heroes physically during the Omega Centauri's Six Spears Arc in Kinnikuman (2011).
Personality[]
Satan, being evil itself, has no positive qualities that any other character in the series has. He will lie, trick and manipulate everyone around him to get what he wants. He views all of the Devil Chojin as disposable pawns with him killing Buffaloman himself because he lost to Kinnikuman.
Satan views all positive emotions as signs of weakness, seeing all of his followers who showed even the slightest signs of kindness would make Satan see them as worthless traitors despite their loyalty to the Devil Chojin factions.
Biography[]
Past[]
Satan himself is an incomplete God who has existed in the mortal plane for eons. Envious of the immense power and status that all other Gods maintain, Satan wishes to gain the power to enter the Celestial Plane so he can murder all of the Gods and rule over the universe on his own.
In order to gain followers, Satan would find Justice Chojin who were desperate for power and fame to make deals with, turning them into wicked Devil Chojin who would ideally follow his every order. He would do this to the Seven Devil Chojin, the Six Devil Knights and Akuma Shogun.
Kinnikuman[]
During the series of Kinnikuman itself, Satan himself would make sparse appearances, only appearing in Buffaloman's and Akuma Shogun's flashbacks to reveal why they are Devil Chojin.
Satan would make his first appearance during the battle between Buffaloman and Kinnikuman where he would possess Buffaloman, giving him immense power in exchange for being fully under Satan's control. Despite this boost in power, the Satan possessed Buffaloman would lose and break free, saving Meat for Kinnikuman. Because of this act of kindness, Satan would fire out a spear that would impale Buffaloman, killing him.
Kinnikuman (2011)[]
Satan would become a major force in the story during the Omega Centauri's Six Spears Arc where Satan, seeing that everyone was still tired after the events of the Perfect Origin Arc, sealed the Justice Chojin, Devil Chojin and Perfect Chojin in their home bases before making a deal with the Omega Centauri's Six Spears so they could take over Earth and kill The Man
After Omegaman Aristera was defeated by Ataru Kinniku, Satan would appear and reveal his plan to possess Omegaman Aristera's body after he gained immense power before killing The Man with his body and gaining the Capillaria Ray crystal which he would use to gain godly power and finally kill all of the Gods in the Celestial Realm.
When Omegaman Aristera refuses, Satan is disappointed that his chosen vessel also had feelings of hope and mercy in him and decided to execute him by shooting a spear at him, however, Mariquitaman got in the way, taking the attack in his leader's place.
Satan, angered by this display of loyalty, decides to personally murder Omegaman Aristera himself, forming a physical body which he would use to attack Ataru Kinniku, Brocken Jr. and Omegaman Aristera with the intent to kill.
Before he could injure anyone, Justiceman would intervene and fight Satan in their place. The two would fight, however, Satan would be overpowered by Justiceman who realised that Satan's own physical body is far weaker than any of the Perfect Origin, allowing Justiceman to easily beat him.
Satan would continue the fight, trying to use it as an opportunity to possess Justiceman's body but he would pull Satan out of his body stating that Satan can only possess those with an evil heart.
After he had run out of options, Justiceman finally finished off Satan, shattering his body, however, Satan's spirit flies away while saying that he can never truly die and that as long as evil exists so will he.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Possession: Satan has the ability to phase into a Chojin's body, gaining full control over it and amplifying its power. He can only do this for Chojin with an evil heart and even then he only does this to strong Chojin who he views as worthy of his being his host body such as Buffaloman and Omegaman Aristera.
- Body Creation: Satan, if he isn't able to possess anyone, is able to form his own body. This body, while powerful, can be less powerful than other powerhouses in his series such as the Perfect Origin.
- Reliant Existence: Satan is an embodiment of evil itself, meaning that he is truly impossible to be killed. If his body is destroyed, he will still exist as long as evil exists.
