Satan Empire Combatants are grunts who serve Doctor Satan and antagonists in the 1976 tokusatsu series The Kagestar.
Clad in black jumpsuits with skull markings, they are typically used by Doctor Satan to assist the monsters of the Satan Empire on their missions. They possess strength that is three times that of a normal human and typically wield machete-like small swords as their main weapons.
History[]
The Satan Empire Combatants were first seen saluting as Doctor Satan held a rally inside his headquarters announcing his plans for world domination. They were ordered by Doctor Satan to assist his monster Kiba Inoshishi in a scheme to kidnap a scientist known for building a human-like android. Kagestar and Bellestar intervened to rescue the scientist, leading Kiba Inoshishi and his combatants to fight against them.
Several Satan Empire Combatants assisted Kamakira when he was sent by Doctor Satan to kidnap civilians so they could be converted into "human dolls" of warriors from various time periods.
In another scheme, the Satan Empire Combatants assisted Zariganian in training a group of children he had hypnotized into joining the "Junior Satan Corps." When Kagestar and Bellestar tried to rescue the children, Zariganian sent the combatants to fight against them while he escaped with the children.
