Satan Onizuka (jap. サタン鬼塚) is the secondary antagonist of "The Devil of the TV Station".
He's voiced by the late Yakkun Sakurazuka.
Past[]
When Satan Onizuka was still touring Japan with his band, Styx Three, he regularly received fan letters from a girl. But suddenly these unexpectedly stopped. Because Satan had gotten used to the warm words of his young fan and no longer really understood how the letters were broken off, he found himself in a musical crisis. Since the young musicians were unable to write new lyrics for the band, they finally took a break.
Almost three years later, Satan Onizuka found out that the girl from back then had committed suicide to donate her blood to Satan. The company boss, Tenji Urushibara, to whom the Styx Three were under contract, called for a blood sacrifice under the name Satan on the band's homepage, making that girl kill herself.
After learning about this, he visited the young woman's family and they confirmed that she had inexplicably taken her own life.

The Styx Three decide to give a farewell concert and disband, but their boss demands compensation from them. Satan decides to kill Urushibara. Since he is scheduled to appear on a talk show on Nichiuri TV, he comes early. He meets the detective boys and the professor, who actually wanted to take a tour of Kamen Yaiba. He briefly introduces himself to them and then goes into his dressing room. There he asks his manager to order three dishes from different stores. The manager also tells him to get him a mirror and he asks not to be disturbed until shortly before his performance because he wants to lie down.
After his manager leaves him alone, he takes off his makeup and leaves the dressing room with his costume, which he plans to wear on the show. He catches the eye of Conan, who is looking for his wardrobe with the others, but doesn't recognize him. Satan goes to his boss, who he asks how he likes his new coat and says that it protects him perfectly from blood splatters. Then Satan grabs a knife and stabs his boss. He then returns to his dressing room and reapplies his makeup using a ruler and black paper. The children and Satan's manager arrive at the singer's door and he opens it for them. He gives Mitsuhiko an autograph for his sister, who is a fan of the Styx Three. Ayumi also discovers that he has been folding origami and his manager gives him the mirror he requested. He notices that he still has a splatter of blood under his eye.
Suddenly a TV employee comes and calls them to Urushibara, who is lying dead in his dressing room. When the police arrive, he is able to convince them that he is not the perpetrator. However, Conan doesn't believe him, finds out how Satan was able to put on makeup again without a mirror and is able to convict him. He also says that he was no longer a devil because he sank into self-doubt and tears after he canceled the letters and origami. Ai then says that it is like a fairy tale.
