The Sauna Grumer (サウナグルマー Sauna Gurumā) is the main antagonist in episode 4 of Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger. He's a sauna-themed Kumaju from the Great Space Invasion Running Team Hashiryan.
He is voiced by Toshihide Tsuchiya who previously voiced Komuhachi.
History[]
The Sauna Grumer made his first appearance when Ittasha inserts an Ignition Key at a Public Bath Sauna more specifically its the coal heater reason behind is that Yeiyei Yaruka complains about not being part of the news. So once the Sauna Grumer appeared on the rooftops of the building Dekotorade ask of him to turn this planet into one big sauna for them to collect the Ghassolin which he happily accepts.
The Sauna Grumer appeared in town as he and a bunch of Nejiretta are chasing a couple of civilians with Aufguss Towel as it being broadcast by the news folks who was on the scene at that time. Then with the use of this Hisha Crusher that Nejiretta carries it and from it he used this ability on the civilians begin to groan and sweat from the heat as the Sauna Grumer begins to absorb the Ghassolin and not to mention this also brings the attention to the perpetrator behind which they announced themselves on the news.
As this goes on the Sauna Grumer keeps producing more heat as the citizens keeps on screaming more Ghassolin, but the team stops him in his tracks so after the transformation and rollcall the team then battles Sauna Grumer and the Nejiretta while Jou evacuate the sweaty civilians from the premise. So after dealing with the towel wielding Nejiretta the Sauna Grumer tries to use his ability at the team only for Taiya to say "its not hot enough" to that response the Sauna Grumer used his Hisha Crusher fired a couple of energy projectiles at them only for the team to block attack and sending one of them at a fountain destroying it in the process, but thankfully with the cold water that it produces dissipates the heat on the team. After that he was then brought down to the count by this finisher called Bakuage Handling Drive. However its not over yet as Yeiyei Yaruka nabs the remaining Ghassolin heads off to the Highway Space, prompting the team to bring out the vehicles and chase him down.
After knocking him off the race course and into the the built street. Yeiyei Yaruka released the Ghassolin as it became a giant version of Sauna Grumer as he began to wave the Aufguss Towel in the air, so with that the team combined their vehicle as it became Boonboomger Robo and with that the giant battle is on. Now during the giant battle he used his Hisha Crusher to pour the hot water onto himself and then he used his Aufguss Towel and started to fan the heat towards the robo where the team begin to sweat and groan as if they were in a sauna. Thankfully with Ishiro quick thinking about this guy Taiya asks Mira to take the Sauna Grumer's weapons which she'd happily did and after leaving the Sauna Grumer "naked" he was then destroyed by this finisher called Bakuage Driver: Boonboom Finish, thus the coal heater was back to normal and was sent back to the Public Sauna.
