Savages are a subtype of vampire familiars unlike their more human counterparts these vampire familiars are more mindless and more aggressive which is useful for cannon fodder troops and willing soldiers their eyes are bulging red to show their bloodlust they will attack anyone unless they are ordered not to they can live forever some can become true bloods but they take longer and are less likely unless they have some sort of assistance their true blood forms are known as Savage Chieftains the more combative versions and Savage Shamans the more magical type despite the fact that they are made to serve vampires it is not uncommon for savage clans to form without a vampire lord as if a savage shaman or chief are left unsupervised they will just go on raiding and turning others this causes Savage Clans to form but they are easy targets for any ready hunter organization but that does not mean that any noob can take out a savage camp as they have a good deal of warriors
