|“||Scab and Scraw: Ooh, a lion cub.
Scab: We must tell Kazar.
|~ Scab and Scraw deciding to tell their master Kazar that they found Ryan.|
Scab and Scraw are minor antagonists in Disney's 2006 CGI film The Wild. They are two leaders of a flock of vultures who serve as Kazar's minions.
Scab was voiced by Jonathan Kimmel, and Scraw was voiced by Eddie Gossling.
Scab and Scraw are first seen in a tree when they notice Ryan in the lower branches. Seeing that they have found a lion cub, they quickly take off to the volcano to tell their master Kazar, arguing over who gets to tell him. Once they arrive, Kazar is furious with them for interrupting his audience with "The Great Him". When Scab and Scraw tell him that they found Ryan, Kazar orders them to retrieve him and the two vultures quickly take to the skies. Scab and Scraw, along with a third vulture (possibly their brother), find Ryan in the same tree and quickly ambush him, causing the branch Ryan is lying on to break and trap his paw in the process. Ryan attempts to scare off the birds with a roar, but fails as he can only squeak, causing the vultures to roar with laughter. Samson, hearing Ryan's cries, runs to save him, scaring off the vultures. Scab and Scraw are not seen again as it is unknown what happened to them afterwards.
