Schwaiger and Ignaz are the main antagonists of the German animated movie Lissi and the Wild Emperor.

Schwaiger was voiced by Rick Kavanian, who, in their German dubs, also voiced Razamel and Gargamel in 2025 Smurfs, Dr. Evil, Fat Bastard and Goldmember in Austin Powers in Goldmember, Nettlebrand in Dragon Rider and Two-Face in Robot Chicken: DC Comics Special. Ignaz was voiced by Michael "Bully" Herbig, who also voiced Kuzco in the German dub of The Emperor's New Groove.

Plot[]

Schwaiger and Ignaz find one of the "wanted" posters offering a reward for the Yeti. Schwaiger suggest going after the Yeti to tile their hut with the reward. Ignaz wants to go back, as he has lentils cooking at home. Then, they hear something falling to their trap; it's Franz's father. Ignaz says he isn't the one in the poster, but Schwaiger thinks they'll still give them something.

Schwaiger and Ignaz hear the shout the Yeti made when he saved Lissi. Then they find him with Lissi and start to shoot. The hunter duo chase them on the inflatable pad the Yeti left behind before. All of them enter a tunnel and after a while, they fall down a waterfall and Lissi and the Yeti are separated from the hunter duo. Lissi then refuses to accompany the Yeti, then when he grabs her, he falls to a trap set by the hunter duo. Ignaz recalls Lissi from somewhere, having read about her before, Schwaiger tells him he can't read. Lissi asks them (in English) if they speak English. Schwaiger puts on a monocle and Ignaz takes out a cup of tea, and both start speaking English and introducing themselves.

Schwaiger and Ignaz are playing cards with Franz's father, with Lissi watching. Lissi asks them where the toilet is, then she goes to where they locked up the Yeti. Lissi lets her hair loose for the Yeti to climb on her braid. Schwaiger catches her and is about to shoot the Yeti, but the latter grabs his gun and makes him fall to the cell where he was locked up. Ignaz keeps shooting and runs after them, but Franz's father trips him, as he's on a winning streak.

Schwaiger and Ignaz find the Yeti's fingerprints and follow them. They enter King Bussi of Bavaria's castle inside a wooden bird figure which they stationed outside of the castle for anyone to drag it inside. Then they come out of it. The Yeti grabs Lissi and drags her away so they don't get shot. Then, the Yeti runs away. As the hunter duo charge past her, Lissi asks them the time in English. They go back to answer her and then charge past her again. The Yeti climbs a ladder, and Ignaz chases him on a bucket while Schwaiger chops the ladder with an axe while the Yeti keeps grabbing steps to climb. As Ignaz grabs his shotgun, he lets go of the rope with which he was rising with the bucket and falls down. The Yeti jumps, grabbing a plank and gets catapulted to the palace's roof. When the bird the Yeti ate an egg from approaches him, he tries to grab her, making him fall off the roof. He holds on the ledge, Schwaiger shoots him but misses, and the Yeti falls on a cart and an anvil falls on him, the plank it's on tilts and the cart rolls down. Ignaz tells the Yeti to raise his hands, the Yeti obeys and grabs another plank of the scaffold. Lissi hits Ignaz with a shovel and a paint bucket gets on his head, making him fall off. The plank the Yeti was grabbing lets itself loose and the cart starts rolling down again, Another plank hits the Yeti in the belly, the anvil is sent off and hits Lissi in the head. Lissi falls on the other side of the plank Ignaz fell on, which catapults him hanging on the palace's clock's hand.

The bird lands near the Yeti and starts chirping to make Schwaiger look up. When Schwaiger ignores her, she lays an egg on his shoulder, making him look up. Schwaiger shoots the bird, but misses. Then, when he tries to shoot the Yeti, his shotgun gets jammed. The Yeti pulls his suspenders and lets them go, which sends him far away.

Ignaz is last seen falling into a well when the clock's bell tolls.
