Scoop is the main antagonist of Death of a Showman, the tutorial mission of Hitman: Blood Money. He is a gang leader who is using Joseph Clarence's property as a base of operations for his drug empire from a deal. However, he never paid Clarence and abuses him regularly.
He was voiced by Tray Hooper.
Joseph Clarence was involved in an accident in his amusement park, where faulty maintenance of a ferris wheel caused it to collapse and kill many. The incident cost him his reputation and many of his resources, which he used for his legal defense. As a result, he became desperate, and eventually contracted Scoop, leasing his park under the false promise he earns a cut.
He is shown conversing with Clarence, when he hopes to earn a cut and reopen the park. Scoop showed his strong contempt and ill will by snatching an expensive statue out of Clarence's hands and smashing it.
Scoop was killed by 47 near the end of the mission when he and his gang was crushed underneath a falling chandelier.
Scoop appears to be a man in his late 20s or early 30s. He has dark skin, a pink suit and bucket hat, as well as some facial hair.
Scoop is a mean-spirited person, as evidenced by his gang visibly torturing people, abusing women, and Scoop personally abusing Joseph Clarence.
- His name is a homage to Snoop Dogg.
- Agent 47 can complete the level without killing Scoop, but this is very difficult, as Scoop and his guards are stationed just outside of the mission's exit.
- Scoop is incorrectly referred to Spook (a derogatory term towards black people) by Joseph Clarence.
