~ Scott Adams revealing his motives. |
Scott Adams is a minor villain in the TV show Robot Chicken, serving as the main antagonist of the episode "May Cause a Squeakquel". He is based off of the creator of the Dilbert comic strip and cartoon series.
He is voiced by Breckin Meyer, who has also voiced Munson, Fumbles, Jokey Smurf, and Skeeter in the same show.
History[]
At a Christmas office party starring most of the cast of Dilbert, it is suddenly interrupted by a man claiming to be Hans Gruber and orders Pointy-Haired Boss to give him the combination to the safe, though he says he wasn't even aware of what they do at their company, much less that they even had a safe, so he's shot in the head along with Carol.
Dilbert climbs into an air-duct and notices one of the terrorists below him, so he uses his oddly sharp tie to stab him in the throat. Dilbert then takes his radio to talk with to Dogbert outside who doesn't care if everyone dies and allows Dilbert to "do whatever" to save everyone. "Hans Gruber" figures out the combination to the safe and takes out a golden briefcase, where he then reveals he's actually Scott Adams, the creator of the Dilbert newspaper comic strip. Scott says the contents of the briefcase is all the "good will" from his readers he's built up over decades and begins shooting at Dilbert.
Dilbert questions why he would want the "good will" of the readers, to which Scott replies that the more readers remember enjoying his comic strip, the more they'll put up with his blatant racism. Dilbert then tells him to actually check inside the briefcase and Scott is shocked to find it empty, and Dilbert explains that there isn't enough "good will" in the world to excuse his racist beliefs, then shoots him out of the building where he falls onto Dogbert's car, killing him instantly.
Trivia[]
- Several of Scott Adams' racist quotes in the Dilbert sketch are direct quotes from twitter posts he made explaining to his audience on why his TV show was canceled.
