Scott Loveheart is the main antagonist of the finale of season 3 of Arby 'n' The Chief. He is criminal wanted for smuggling drugs across the Russian border for 16 years and for using hacks.
He is voiced by Jon Graham.
Scott is first seen being chased by Agent Smirnoff. Though Smirnoff manages to catch up to him, Scott throws cocaine at him, allowing him to escape.
Scott later at some point became the roommate of Jon Graham, since Jon is falling behind in rent payments. However, he uses Jon's credit card to buy things such as drugs and hookers. He also encountered Master Chief and Arbiter but payed them no mind, believing them to be drug-induced hallucinations.
After learning that Scott was the hacker causing havoc in Halo 3, Chief and Arbiter tipped off Smirnoff on Scott's location. Smirnoff soon arrived. Scott attempted to escape but was shot several times by Smirnoff. As he lay dying, Scott attempted to do cocaine one last time, resulting in a mess of blood and cocaine across the floor.
- Scott Loveheart is the only antagonist in Arby 'n' The Chief to be portrayed by a real life actor.
- He shares the same surname as Skyler Loveheart, the main antagonist of Arby 'n' the Chief: The Movie , though it is unknown if they're relate.
