Early Life:[]
The Scum was a police officer working for Mafia City Police Station,he's been fighting crime along with his colleagues for a long time until one day.
Helping The Shifters:[]
The Mafia City Police agreed to help The Shifters since Their predecessors The Vice Town Police has been dissolved and defeated and the fact they were getting paid for it too. Their aiding to The Shifters has gone for a long time until The Rope Hero and Tipson began to took notice of their crimes.

The Rope Hero went to an area in Mafia City found three men a Shifter,a Soldier and a Police Officer nicknamed The Scum attacking Arctica

The Scum was a very murderous and arrogant Police officer,he had no qualms for the safety of people after The Shifters bribed them a monster he was,he always has quite a big ego which led to his own downfall. This led to his nickname known as The Scum.

The Scum is seen wearing a light blue shirt, a bulletproof vest and a dark green hat,both of them having "POLICE", written on the front. He also wears dark sunglasses,black pants and black shoes. He also carries a gun around him and a Police Baton.
