Sea Bunnies

The Sea Bunnies are the titular secondary antagonists of the SpongeBob SquarePants episode “Bunny Hunt”.

They are a group that antagonize Squidward by invading and destroying his house.

Biography[]

Squidward makes a vegetable version of himself and goes to get some parsley from his backyard. However, when he tries to take the parsley out, he gets pulled underground by a sea bunny, and his house gets burned because the meal that he was making was sitting in the oven for too long. The sea bunny starts eating the food in Squidward's garden and Squidward tries to kill it, but the sea bunny manages to defeat him. The sea bunny then tries to steal food from Squidward's garden and Squidward to get rid of the sea bunny by disguising himself as a carrot and getting the sea bunny to fall into his trap, only for Squidward to fall into the trap instead. Squidward decides to call animal control so that they can take the sea bunny for him, However, when the animal control show up, SpongeBob, who thinks that the sea bunny is cute, prevents them from taking the sea bunny and decides to take care of it himself.

SpongeBob brings the sea bunny, who he starts calling Bunny Wunny, to his house and ends up going to the Barg'N-Mart to get food for Bunny Wunny. Bunny Wunny starts looking for food and makes a mess in SpongeBob's living room in the process. SpongeBob tries to stop Bunny Wunny from causing anymore trouble by using hot sauce, however, Bunny Wunny proceeds to eat the hot sauce and cause fires in the house, which SpongeBob is thankfully able to put a stop to.

SpongeBob later tries to put Bunny Wunny in a cage, only for him to hide underneath the wallpaper of the walls so that he doesn't have to go in the cage. SpongeBob eventually decides to get a female sea bunny for Bunny Wunny to fall in love with, which works, however, the two sea bunnies start to multiply. SpongeBob and Patrick Chase the sea bunnies until they reach Squidward's house, which ends up getting completely flooded and destroyed by the sea bunnies. Because of everything that just happened Squidward's brain flies out of his head and he gets so insane that he turns into a sea bunny, and then is chased by an animal control officer. One of the sea bunnies turn into Squidward and play his clarinet, and then the episode ends.
