~ Rageku's final words before her death. |
Sea Fist Demon Rageku was one of the three original founders of Rinjuken Akugata, a member of the Three Fist Demons and a major antagonist in Juuken Sentai Gekiranger.
She was voiced by Naoko Kouda who also voiced Numajo in Mashin Sentai Kiramager 13 years later.
History[]
Past[]
Rageku was once a human who fell in love with Sha-Fu but he rejected her advances so she defected from the Beast-Fist school. She eventually met Long, Maku and Kata and they together founded the Rinjuken Akugata school to rival the Beast-Fist style. Rageku was the grand master of the Confrontation Beast Jelly-Fist, a style that allowed its user to let opponents' physical attacks pass right through, neutralizing them. Due to thier desire to take over the world, they came into conflict with the Beast-Fist so the Three Fist Demons evolved into Beast-Men forms at the cost of losing thier human forms. However, they were defeated and Rageku was eventually sealed away at the bottom of the deep-sea beyond light and sound.
Juuken Sentai Gekiranger[]
Rageku is the second of the Fist Demons to be revived after Kata and instructs both Rio and Mele, teaching them to use their envy to become much more powerful. Both she and Kata intend to celebrate their student's victory over the Gekirangers' defeat by destroying the city until they sense Rio's defeat by Super GekiRed. Rageku vainly pleads with the enraged Rio not to revive Maku who beats her and Kata up after his rebirth. Rio refuses and revives Maku anyway but the being instead overthrows Rio and banishes him and Mele, assuming command of the Rinjuken Akugata with Kata and Rageku serving him.
During the Beast Origin Village incident, Rageku uses her power to send the Gekirangers, Rio, and Mele back into the Edo era before incinerating the area in an attempt to destroy SaiDain. She later battles GekiChopper and is nearly killed by him after he manages to overcome her defenses. She narrowly evades death at the hands of the Gekirangers and watches Maku fight them. After he grows giant however, Rageku is confronted by Long who reveals his true form which she recognises from when he helped form the Rinjuken Akugata. Before she can escape however, Long murders her and reduces her to a puddle as she has outlived her usefulness and knows his real intentions.
Rageku's Confrontation Ki is later transferred to Retsu by Rio who utilizes it to merge her style with his own, unifying the two schools again.
Super Hero Taisen[]
Rageku is revived as a member of Dai-Zangyack where she is seen fighting Kamen Rider Fourze in the charge, V3 in the first aerial scene, and BoukenBlack and ShinkenRed in the second. She is last seen fighting Ax Den-O and Gun Den-O when the Den-O's and Gekirangers are fighting the Genjuken and the Imagin. What happens to her after this is not shown but she is clearly killed.
Super Hero Taisen Z[]
Rageku is part of an Army of Resurrected (mostly Super Sentai) monsters led by Strategist Reider after the revival of the Space Crime Syndicate Madou Demon King Psycho. They proceed to attack the gathering of Kamen Riders and Super Sentai, giving them a hard time. The heroes of recent years are in a pinch until the arrival of a force of Sentai and Rider reinforcements led by Akarenger and Kamen Rider Ichigo. The combined forces of superheroes are able to turn the tide against the Madou army. She is seen fighting Yellow Buster and ShinkenPink but is overwhelmed and the Sentai team up to use their various finisher attacks to destroy the revived monsters.
Personality[]
Sea-Fist Demon Rageku's training was based on jealousy and envy, targeting Master Sha-Fu whom she refered to as "Darling" as he spurred her romantic feelings for him in the past. She addressed other people of lower status using the informal "-chan" suffix, as opposed to "-san."
