Sean Collins is a drug dealer who along with his brother used his girlfriend, Amber Morris, and three of Amber's friends as drug mules.
Background[]
Sean had a history of assault and robbery, basically a small time criminal. Sean soon became a drug dealer along with his brother, Brendan Collins, selling drugs and some stolen items at a place called Underground Ink. At some point Sean began a relationship with a girl named Amber Morris, Sean saw an opportunity to sell his product for more money, then who convinced Amber to swallow condoms that contained drugs and travel to Chicago constantly, when Amber arrived in Chicago Sean took the condoms and then sold the drugs inside. With the rising success, Sean soon convinced Amber to involve 3 of her friends so they could also be drug mules, promising hefty rewards. Amber swallowed 30 condoms with drugs inside and traveled to Chicago with her friends.
Thirty Balloons[]
At the beginning of the episode one of the condoms that Amber had swallowed broke, so the drug inside began to dissolve, this caused Amber to enter a psychotic state. At some point, a condom of the drug Alicia swallowed also began to break down. As a result, they called Sean, who knew he couldn't lose any more product as Amber had just been arrested by the police, who would likely get her talking.
Sean and Brendan went to Alicia's bedroom to kidnap her and the other girls. They also beat an assistant who tried to prevent the girls from being kidnapped. Brendan took the girls to an abandoned place, where he and Sean kept what they got from their robberies. In their Sean brutally gutted Megan Benson, one of the girls, but when gutting Megan, Sean destroyed almost all of the condoms. The Collins brother couldn't risk doing the same thing to the other 2 girls, so he contacted Ryan Porter so he could actually extract the condoms from the other 2 girls. Later, his brother would be killed in a crash while trying to escape CPD.
They left Megan behind and took the girls in a van to a location, where they were tied to a table and Ryan had already begun to extract the drugs, but at that moment Officer Adam Ruzek arrived unexpectedly, Sean turned himself in and allowed himself to be arrested. Much later, Sean was taken to the patrol car, though Detective Erin Lindsay condemns Sean telling him that she hoped he would never forget what he did to those girls. However, Sgt. Hank Voight tells Erin to calm down and that he will make sure Sean is punished in prison.
Sean is subsequently imprisoned for drug trafficking, kidnapping and murder.
