Sebastian Gasper is a supporting antagonist in the series Criminal Minds: Evolution. Gasper is a global private military contract financier who's followed when he's revealed to be connected to the Gold Star Killers, leading to his own retaliation.

He's portrayed by British actor Anthony Mark Barrow.

Biography

Gasper has an unspecified shared history with Tyler Green, a veteran and FBI consultant on the case who recognizes him during the Gold Stat investigation. Green threatened Gasper with saline, which Green lied was a bacterial strain, to gain info on Gasper's employers of the victims the Gold Stars killed, ironically having been hired to murder the Gold Stars before the killers stopped them. Gasper saw through the ruse and refused to take the bait, so Green cloned his phone during the confrontation to track the payments.

Gasper found out, which led to the mastermind putting a bounty on him if he didn't get back at Green. He got Green's attention by stalking his ex-girlfriend, Teresa Campos, sending her pictures he took of her. Gasper was brought in for questioning, where he recorded the conversation and emphasized the evidence couldn't be used on him due to breach of protocols and violation of his rights. He implied his employers were extremely dangerous and was released without concrete, legally obtained evidence. Gasper then called Green, threatening to kill him if he didn't return the data Green stole. Gasper revealed at the meeting the real reason was the employers wanted Gasper to shoot Green dead. But the agebts arrived as backup and arrested Gasper, ending their saga.
