Biography[]
Seiko Omori was and assistant instructor at Sakura Igarashi's karate class. Her son Ryou had an ailment he needed treatment for, but Seiko was unable to afford it. She was later approached by Amahiko Haitani, who gave her a duplicated Planaria Vistamp and pushed her to use the Vistamp to commit robberies to steal the money she needed. During one such robbery, Ikki and Daiji Igarashi responded and assumed their Kamen Rider forms to battle it. Together, the two Riders managed to destroy it.
Seiko later met with Amahiko Haitani again, who gave her the photo of a man he claimed was a doctor who could treat her son. Summoning another Planarian Deadman from herself, Seiko went to kidnap the man, only to find he was just a radiologist. It was then that she was confronted by Kamen Riders Revi and Live again and, confused and angry, signed an advance contract to merge with the Planarian Deadman, transforming it into a Phase 2 Deadman. As the Riders fought the Phase 2 Deadman, Sakura attempted to transform to join in also, only to find her Driver did not work. The Planarian Deadman then attempted to attack her, but Revi got in the way and took the attack to shield his sister.
She was defeated by the Riders and had her contract voided, but Amahiko simply made another Planarian Deadman and sent it to bring her away. Amahiko would later push Seiko to enter another contract and become the Phase 2 Planarian Deadman again, but she was defeated by Sakura Igarashi after she became Kamen Rider Jeanne and had her contract voided again, releasing her from the Deadman's hold. Daiji was able to arrange for Fenix to treat her son, meaning she would no longer have a reason to associate with the Deadmans.
