Seiran is a member of the Lunarian Eagle Ravi Corps and one of the antagonist in Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom, as the Stage 1 Boss. And later appear again as one of the playable character in Unfinished Dream of All Living Ghost.

Backstory[]
Seiran was a part of the advance force led by Sagume Kishin that covertly invaded Gensokyo to purify it so the Lunar Capital could be relocated there. She was placed in charge of a secret Lunarian base in Gensokyo.
Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom[]
When Reimu, Marisa, Sanae and Reisen discovered the Lunarian invasion, they each set off to stop it. The first Eagle Ravi member they confronted was Seiran, who fought them after they discovered their base. After being defeated, Seiran complained about being in the ground troops and the girls were able to pass on.
After the invasion was thwarted, both Seiran and Ringo would decide to settle in Gensokyo.
