Seizan Tokugawa is the leader of the Shade organization and the main antagonist of the 2009 TV special Kamen Rider G.
History[]
Seizan was the leader of Shade, an organization originally founded as an anti-terrorism unit. Secretly, Seizan used the organization to covertly conduct experiments on humans. After Shade's human experimentation was exposed, Seizan was arrested and in response, a group of Shade members led by DaidÅ Oda attacked the TV Asahi and took everyone there hostage, demanding that Seizan be released in one hour or they would kill one person every minute.
However, former Shade member Goro regained his memories and transformed into Kamen Rider G to fight off the Shade members. After G foiled Shade's scheme, Seizan vowed from his cell that he would get revenge, saying traitors deserve the rose of death.
