Selena Drake is the main antagonist of the 2004 video game Scooby-Doo! Mystery Mayhem. She is the (probably now former) assistant of Travis Sherman.
She was voiced by Grey DeLisle.
Biography[]
In the game's first episode, Selena Drake is first seen watching Scooby-Doo and his friends leave the Hambridge Library after they have foiled Walter Peabody.
In the game's third episode, she is seen at Shermantech Headquarters informing Travis Sherman that Scooby and his friends have caught Robert Zabrinski.
In the game's fifth and final episode, she is finally re-seen when Scooby and his friends finally arrive at Shermantech Headquarters. Selena captures Fred Jones, Daphne Blake and Velma Dinkley and brainwashes them with their mind control device. Luckily, Scooby and his best friend Shaggy Rogers managed to destroy the mind control device and get their friends back. Travis orders his henchmen to seize Scooby and his friends, but they refuse and reveal themselves to Alan Dinsdale (from the start of the game) and some federal agents. They try to arrest Travis and Selena, but Selena escapes. Arriving, she reveals that she was only playing along with Sherman's plan to further her own interests and intends to use the mind control device to rule the world. She then summons the Tome of Doom's most powerful ghost, the fire king, to kill Shaggy and Scooby. Luckily, after Shaggy and Scooby defeat the game's last boss, Selena is arrested and her device is destroyed.
Trivia[]
- Selena is the real main villain of the game because she had bigger plans than Travis.
- Selena's voice talent, Grey DeLisle, is also Daphne's current voice talent.
