Biography[]
Falco was a Roman senator who served during the rule of Emperor Marcus Aurelius, thus becoming close friends with the latter's son Commodus. Later on when the Emperor was murdered by his own son Commodus, he was succeeded by him with Falco supporting him and becoming his personal advisor and right hand man. Falco also opposed Gracchus, another Roman senator who was against Commodus, and the two often argued.
When ex-General Maximus Meridius revealed himself before Commodus as a gladiator threatening to kill him in order to avenge his family, Falco started to advise the Emperor and the two plotted to have him killed. Maximus soon became very popular with the people, which even further infuriated Commodus. It is then Falco advised him to kill Maximus before he becomes too popular and gains more power but Commodus declined as that would make him seem like a hero. Falco then proposed another plan to trap Maximus and the Senators who supported him such as Gracchus. He told Commodus a tale about a sea monster who stood still in the sea waiting for it's enemies to attack it and when they did the serpent suddenly attacked and killed them. Maximus and his allies including Gracchus were captured but Commodus was killed by Maxiums in the arena soon after. Falco's fate after this is unknown.
