Senator Kim Inbae is one of the minor antagonist in the Mercenary Enrollment. He is a former member of the National Korean Assembly as a Senator. Minimal information isn't shown but it is revealed in the early chapters that he is a corrupted businessman and politician behind the scenes.
He was revealed when Gisu Kim and his gangs especially her daughter Huijin Kim were injured only his has the most critical injuries. His wife made him call Cha Dushik, a former gangster now Mafia Boss of the Dusik Clan used to work for him behind the scenes, it was also mentioned that they aren't aware of Cha Dushik's plan in case their relationships went south.

He seems to be middle age with a bit shabby appearance however he is considered intimidating due to his political career and influence. However it didn't last long when his career was exposed due to his crimes behind the scenes while being a Senator in the National Korean Assembly.
Personality[]
He is considered to be corrupted, arrogant and is manipulative to get his way to power behind the scenes. He leverages his influence in politics in order to conceal his activities such as bribery, money laundering, and election fraud. Instead of accepting responsibility, he tends to shift the blame others leading to his downfall.
Background[]
He served as a member of the national Korean Assembly as a respective lawmaker however he works behind the scenes engaging criminal activities that included racketeering and extorting others. This led to his political party to expel him from the political world.
In order to suppress his evidence, he tried to negotiate Yu Ijin by sending his children abroad in exchange for evidence to get rid of them, however he misunderstood his intentions and is later revealed to the public leading to his demise. In the later series, he attempted to murder his grandfather but is backfired by Cha Dashiki, his former gangster In hire.
