Sentinel Corporation Security Services, better known as Sentinel Corp. or just Sentinel, are the main antagonists of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. They are a private military company charged with security on the Aurora Archipelago by Skell Tech after the Outcast terrorist attacks.

History[]

Before Operation Greenstone[]

Sentinel Corp. was founded by Trey Stone after he departed from the military. The company expanded rapidly such as Stone utilizing his connections with people such as Peter Miles and Michael Lomax to fund the fascist organisation. By recruiting former special forces soldiers globally, Sentinel soon expanded further, with Stone personally recruiting individuals such as Ilsa Herzog and Ian Blake into its ranks. By the 2020's, the company had conducted operations in nearly every single continent across the globe.

Operation Greenstone[]

In 2025, Sentinel was contracted by Skell Tech, by the advise of Cole D. Walker, for protection and security on Aurora after the devastating terrorist attacks caused by a group known as the Outcasts. Initially serving to augment the local security force and hunt down Outcast members, Sentinel began quietly amassing thousands of troops within the abandoned US military bases throughout the island. It was at this point when Trey Stone and Leon Fairrow began expanding Project CLAW and kidnapping military strategists, with Lomax and Fairrow both funneling massive amounts of funding to Sentinel as they began quietly expanding their reach island wide. Owing to their recommendation provided, Walker's Wolves and Sentinel forces began actively co-operating with each other, plotting to overthrow Skell and establish martial law on the island.

Accusing Skell of collaborating with the Outcasts, Sentinel forces launched a coup, forcing Jace Skell into hiding as he fled. Appointing Ayana Puri to head Skell, Stone and Walker began aggressively enforcing martial law throughout the island, including dissolving the island's parliament and limiting civilian movement. After securing the island, Sentinel and the Wolves initiated a communications blackout which lead to the US government to grow suspicious from Skell Tech's silence. Because of this, they sent the USS Seay which was mysteriously sunk near the coast of the archipelago.

Manipulated by the Wonderland and Project CLAW conspirators, the President authorized the deployment of a Ghost Recon team of 32 Ghosts, lead by Nomad. Alerted well-ahead of their arrival, Sentinel forces began deploying drone swarms to patrol the perimeter. When arriving at Aurora, the Ghost platoon was ambushed by the drone swarm with only few survivors. Despite eliminating a vast portion of the initial strike force, Ghost commander Nomad survived the crash, and reunited with several other survivors in Erewhon. Amongst the crash site survivors, Sentinel forces successfully captured Ghost operator Midas and forcibly inducted him into Project CLAW.

Red Patriot[]

After Walker's death and Fairrow's capture, Stone alliances himself with the rogue Russian Spetsnaz unit known as Bodark and their leader, Pyotr Bukharov. Their plan was to carry out major terrorist in the United States by releasing a deadly neurotoxin with the use of drones released from submarines.

After Nomad eliminates all of Stone's allies, and eventually Stone himself, Sentinel's plans are foiled. They and The Wolves are left leaderless.

Operation Motherland[]

During Operation Motherland, both Sentinel and the Wolves are down to a small number of soldiers. When Bodark soldiers take over Aurora in another attempt to frame Russia and cause a war, Sentinel and the Wolves assist them in their plans. Once Bodark and their new leader, Katya Maksimova, are defeated, Haruhi Ito and her Outcasts track down and kill or arrest the remaining Bodark, Sentinel and Wolf soldiers.
