Sepulcher is a monster/demon from the video game Silent Hill: Homecoming and a boss-fight, like many of the Silent Hill monsters this creature is disturbing to look at and malevolent in intent.

It is also symbolic of the murdered soul of the mayor's son, Joey Bartlett, who was sacrificed to the town's twisted version of the Christian God and exacts its revenge via crushing his father, Mayor Sam Barlett with a single blow before turning his attention to the game's protagonist.

As well as being symbolic of the murdered boy Sepulcher is also symbolic of Mayor Barlett's own guilt at having killed his son.
