Serial Kidnapper Nabal was a Gecko-themed Londerz Prisoner of the Londerz Family, the inventor of the Depression Seals that allowed Londerz Prisoners to be confined and the main antagonist of the 4th episode of Mirai Sentai Timeranger.
He was voiced by Yutaka Asukai who later voiced Kyurara in Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger.

Past[]
Nabal was the inventor of the Depression Seals who was captured by the Time Force organization and sentenced to 200-year confinement for using his work in kidnapping.
Timeranger[]
When Don Dolnero steals the Time Ship and takes it back to the year 2000, Nabal's Freeze Compressed body is among the prisoners taken with him.
Nabal is released by Don Dolnero to kidnap the children of the married couple and blackmail the parents into paying ransom to Dolnero and the Londerz Family. Nabal is first seen disguised as a man where he introduces himself to two boys and then a female student and later contacts the childrens' mother, claiming that he has her children. He then reveals his monster form to the children where the oldest screams in terror. Later that day, he disguises himself as a young man and is about to trick the two students but they leave and Sion offers to assist him Nabal's luggage. Later, he contacts the Tomorrow Research Center about a ransom for the safety of Sion tomorrow at the park before he returns to his captives; claiming that the children's parents aren't coming to get them with the money in tow. However, just as he is about to finish them off, Sion intervenes and tackles Nabal as the children escaped. Enraged, Nabal throws Sion outside and is about to finish him off but Domon saves Sion as Nabal is sent flying. The the team transform and he shoots them do Domon battled Nabal. sending Nabal flying but Nabal isn't down for the count as he brings out a sword to sneak attack Domon from behind. Before he can, Sion intervenes and defeats him with the Press Refreezer. However, Nabal isn't going to come in quietly as he removes the Depression Seal to enlarge himself so the Timerangers bring out TimeRobo Beta to battle him. After shooting him to no effect, they form TimeRobo Alpha and defeat him with the Press Blizzard.
After the deaths of Ryūya Asami and Gien at the end of the Great Annihilation, Nabal and the rest of the Londerz Prisoners are taken back to the future to be imprisoned.
Gaoranger vs Super Sentai[]
Gouki of the Gingamen recalls Nabal to Sotaro Ushi of the Gaorangers about the past fights that other Sentai have had after Lost Highness Duke Rakushaasa makes him lose hope. Nabal is recalled as being beaten down by Domon.
Personality[]
Like many other mutants, Nabal was selfish, chaotic and greedy and was shown to be highly greedy as he blackmailed the parent couple into giving a money to Dolnero and Londerz Family by kidnapping their children. He disliked the Timerangers and wanted to defeat them at any cost but he was also loyal to Dolnero and faithfully followed all of his orders.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Durability': Nabal withstood multiple blasts from Time Force Robo Beta Mode.
- Teleportation: Nabal can materialise in any location at will.
- Enlarging: Like all other mutants, Nabal can enlarge himself using his DNA Patch as doing so causes his DNA and by extension his body as a result of the Freeze Compression's sideeffects. According to Domon, he was even bigger than Jekkar and Keys were when they grew.

- Fists: Due to mainly lacking weapons, Nabal relied on his fists for combat.
- Sword: When enlarged, Nabal gained a sword to aid him in combat.
