“ | Order, why do you love it so, as it suffocates you? Your father's blood is yet warm upon my hands, my heart aflame with my conviction. There was never any future for us, beyond what He, our master allowed. Always a slave, only the blind could fail to see my courage. But I promise to make you see, I will make the world see our real potential, a power they have yet to witness! | „ |
~ Set |

Biography[]
Set is the god of chaos in the Egyptian Pantheon. Seeing his kingdom slowly be consumed by weakness, he sought to stop this by killing Orsis and Horus, seeing their rule as tyrannical. And so, he set out to kill both deities, in hope that after they are dead, even which original critique, the people would praise his actions.
As a assassin type character, Smite is able to harness his hatred into an attack, summon copies of himself from sand, summon sandstorms, summon explosions in his ultimate, and buff his attack speed with his passive.
Personality[]
Set is portrayed as a delusional god who believes that Order, the very foundation on which Egyptian mythology, and real life Egyptian culture was based on, is a perversion of everything. Willing to pay any price to sate his mad delusions, Set was willing to murder his own brother, and plunge Egypt into an age of darkness and chaos. And yet, in his delusions, Set either refuses, or cannot see all the suffering his actions cause.
Trivia[]
- Set was released alongside Horus, in a special patch of Smite just for them.
