~ Seth introduces himself to the Nod commander |
Seth is the second-in-command of the Brotherhood of Nod and the secondary antagonist in Command & Conquer: Tiberian Dawn, the first installment in the Command & Conquer: Tiberian Series.
He was portrayed by Eric Gooch.
History[]
The second-in-command of the Brotherhood, Seth serves as the initial superior to the Nod commander in the early levels of the Nod campaign. Seeking to secure his power within Nod, Seth was wary of other competent Nod commanders, including the one serving under him. He instructed the Nod commander to take over a small civilian village, assuring the commander that there were no one but scientists lurking about it when in fact it was near a full-fledged GDI base.
After the commander returned from the mission, Seth attempted to issue another mission to the commander, telling the commander that this one was so secret, not even Kane knew about it. Seth informed the commander that they were to invade America and launch an attack against the Pentagon, the main military base of the U.S. However, Kane then walked in and, aware of the shenanigans Seth was attempting to pull behind his back along with his ambitions to usurp him, executing his second-in-command with a shot to the head. Kane then turned around and introduced himself to the commander, instructing them instead to attack another GDI base and congratulating them on their "new promotion".
Seth's body was subsequently kept preserved in a tube as a warning to all who would think of betraying Kane.
