The Shadow Clan are an enigmatic clan in Doodle World. They were a group of shinobis that once served as hired assassins and later turned to thievery. Upon struggling to survive in the modern world, their leader "Yami" turned towards DoodleCo. As a result, Yami became a Doodle Executive to help the company win their own key hunt. As a result, Yami sent his subordinates such as Inari to help him capture the keys and move up the company's ranks.

Yami's Faction[]
- Yami: The current leader and elder of the clan. Due to his clan struggling in the new era, he became an executive of DoodleCo and is working to win the key hunt for his clan under DoodleCo. He's usually thirsty for battles and would prefer doing them over prioritizing his missions but has others to keep him in check when needed. In spite of this, he rarely does field missions, but enjoys them, nonetheless. While usually a jovial leader, he's incredibly intimidating even to the most dangerous members of the clan.
- Inari: A new recruit of the clan. She currently serves as a trainee and is attempting to prove herself to Yami by following the code and assisting him with the key hunt. She's incredibly mischievous but skilled as is determined to practice her craft to impress her peers. She has acquired one key for the clan and assisted Yami during his field mission to stop Kaze. As a result of her acquiring a key for him and with Kaze now being punished harshly for treason, she's currently Yami's right-hand woman.
- Kura: Part of the Kura and Kikai duo and is the weaker of the two. He attempted to take Lacergen's Flux Capacitor in an attempt to stop Icyridge from being modernized. Is worried that Kikai will take his tongue after losing his battle.
- Kikai: Part of the Kura and Kikai duo and is the stronger of the two. He attempted to take Lacergen's Doodle Calibrator in an attempt to stop Icyridge from being modernized. However, after losing the battle against the protagonist, he was ordered by them to leave the Printing Facility forever and fled.
Kaze's Faction[]
- Kaze: The leader of the defected Shadow Clan Members who wants their clan to return to their original murderous ways. He appeared in a brief interaction with Victor Solis before ambushing him presumably to his demise. He led a plan to try to usurp Yami by stealing the Icyridge Key in an attempt to challenge Yami's executive position with DoodleCo but failed and was cornered by the hero and crew. Is currently under Yami's custody awaiting punishment for his treason against his clan.
- Shiro: Part of the Shiro, Jiro, and Tsuyoi trio. Specializes in single battles. Expressed genocidal beliefs against Icyridge due to their allegiance to Mr. Riffraff. He fears whatever punishment Kaze may bring him for any disobedience. Is currently incarcerated in the 9th level of Icyridge Dungeon.
- Jiro: Part of the Shiro, Jiro, and Tsuyoi trio. Specializes in double battles and is stronger than Shiro in combat, but weaker than his leader Tsuyoi. He's more level-headed than the other three and prioritizes the missions over other matters. Is currently incarcerated in the 9th level of Icyridge Dungeon.
- Tsuyoi: The leader of the Shiro, Jiro, and Tsuyoi trio. Is the most powerful of the three and has only ever lost to Kaze in combat. Gets distracted over wanting to battle others rather than completing his mission. He battled the player during the siege of Icyridge and Desmond in the Alchemist's Grotto. Is currently incarcerated in the 9th level of Icyridge Dungeon.
Biography[]
Many years ago in the past, The Shadow Clan served an entirely different purpose than their current goals. They were once a group of assassins that were sent out to kill their targets. Their practice went on for many centuries with their record currently unknown.
However as years past, they stopped their murderous ways and moved on to the craft of thievery, stealing objects from others. Eventually their current leader Yami found himself and his clan struggling to survive in the modern era. As a result, Yami turned to DoodleCo for assistance where they offered him a position as an executive for the company. As a result, he was tasked with winning the key hunt with a promotion as a reward. With Yami in charge as an executive, he ordered his clan to help find the keys even if it meant stealing them. Inari was sent out to find and steal the stone key. In spite of being caught, she eventually found out that it was the Doodle Guardian's intention for her to steal it and after a battle, she prevailed. She is currently in the process of retrieving the Stone Key for her master Yami.
