Shadowy Mister Evans is the main antagonist of "Sex Patrol", the fourth episode of the second season of Doom Patrol. He is a Sex Demon who feasts off of sexual energy. When he gains enough sexual energy he gives birth to a a baby. If the baby cries it will turn the world horny and wipe out all the children on Earth.

Biography[]
Shadow Mister Evans was first scene meditating in a cabin in Nepal when he was suddenly awakened by Rita Farr's magical Orgasm induced by Flex Mentallo, He proceeded to teleport over to the party at Doom Manor to feast off of the sexual energy.
He was later seen again at the party by a high Cliff as a shadow in the wall. The two danced together for some time before he left.
Later that night, the Sex Men showed up to the party and announced that there had been a sexual anomaly. A great sexual force was sensed in the building. The Sex Men walked through he mansion only to discover that Shadow Mister Evans had already summoned dozens of Sex Ghosts who where all having intercourse around the building. Agent Kiss warned the Doom Patrol not to look at them directly in the eye. The Sex Men made their way up further into the building to discover that Shadow Mister Evans was about to give birth. The Sex Men tried to stop him but failed. The Sex Men warned the doom Patrol that it would all be over if his baby cried. Agent Kiss ran into the room to try and kill the baby however he was stopped when Shadow Mister Evans invoked him with an orgasm to stop him. Larry told Cliff to stop him since he was the only one who couldn't orgasm but Cliff refused claiming that Larry embarrassed him and that he wouldn't kill a child. Wanting to save the child Kay Challis, Hammerhead ran into the room and powered through the orgasm. Hammerhead grabbed the child and shoved him back up Shadow Mister Evans, killing both him and the baby.
After his death the Sex Men where able to kill the Sex Ghosts with their blasters.

- Pheromone Control: Mister Evans' powers were so effective, anyone that went too close to him would be crippled with an insatiable orgasm.
- Sex Sense: Mister Evans could sense a spike in sexual energy all the way from his location in Kathmandu.
- Transformation: Shadowy Mister Evans can become a sentient shadow at will
- Intangibility: Shadowy Mister Evans is able to be untouched by those around him
- Phasing: Shadowy Mister Evans can phase through the walls of Doom Manor
Trivia[]
- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the Doom Patrol and is an adaptation of Shadowy Mister Evans. The original character was created by Grant Morrison and Richard Case and first appeared in Doom Patrol (Volume 2) #47.
- It is unknown why he wasn't summoned in season 1 when Flex Mentallo caused the population of Danny the street although it could possibly be that this event was an accident.
