Shagia Frost(シャギア・フロスト ) alongside his younger twin brother are the main antagonists from the After War Gundam X anime.

Shagia Frost, and his younger twin brother Olba, were potential Newtype candidates for the UNE (United Nations Earth) armed forces, under the care of the UNE's Newtype research labs. However, despite a high level of empathy with one another (In one scene, Shagia takes a hit for Olba, and Olba is clearly able to feel Shagia's pain, saying, "Don't say anything, brother. I can feel your heart.") and telepathy with one another, their abilities were not compatible with the Newtype-use Flash System. They were thus dubbed "Category F", the "F" standing for "Fake" and rejected.
Despite their lack of Newtype skills to use the Flash System, they are extremely ruthless and cunning compared to everybody else. Not above using treachery to achieve their goals they have killed not only their worst enemies but also fellow allies in their personal goals. They would eventually be recruited by the New United Nations Earth forces. Their true goal is the elimination of every known Newtype in existence by setting off another eternal war as the 7th Space War was responsible for the countless deaths of Newtypes during the struggle. In the final battle, Shagia and Olba takes over the satellite launcher system, using it to kill Seidel Rasso and also their own leader Fixx Bloodman, much to Garrod Ran's fury who then attacks them. Garrod furiously demand why he killed his own leader, and Shagia replies they are obessed with Newtypes and make another attempt to kill Garrod, but was intercepted by Jamil and the others. They are force to back away as Mobile Suits who are loyal to the Frost Brothers tried to stop Garrod from chasing the two, but are unable to. Shagia and Olba prepare for their satellite cannon on the attacking hostiles and activate the system to recharge it, but Garrod appears in the distance with his satellite cannon already prepared regaining it back from the Frost Brothers, much to their shock that they already under it to their control. They fired their uncharged Satellite cannon at Garrod who then fires his in full charged, resulting a massive implosion destroying the Frost Brother's Gundams, crippling Shagia, severely damaging Garrod's Gundam and also destroying the Satellite Launcher in the process. In the ending Shagia is in his wheel chair with Olba watching Garrod and the others. It is presumed that Shagia and Olba are sent to prison for their war crimes and high treason.
