Shi Ba Shou is a supporting protagonist in the historical seinen anime and manga series Kingdom. He is the lord of Seika, a city located in the eastern part of the Zhao Kingdom and a highly valued ally of Ri Boku and his vassals.
Biography[]
Shi Ba Shou is noted by many to be a powerful man with potent and deadly abilities in the art of warfare. His talents caught the eyes of Ri Boku, who in recognition of his skills, recommended him for the final seat in the Three Great Heavens's new generation. However, Shi Ba Shou declined the offer and feigned illness as an excuse to avoid any more summons from central Zhao. The reason behind this ruse was due to his utter dislike for Tou Jou, the Zhao King and the festering corruption in the courts of Zhao's government. He was content in protecting only his hometown and lands of Seika.
