Shihandai (instructor in Japanese) is a minor antagonist of Akame Ga Kill!. He is the former instructor at the martial arts temple of The Empire, and one of the Prime Minister Honest's bodyguards.

He was voiced by Keiichi Kuwabara in Japanese and Charles C. Campbell in English.

Appearance

The instructor appears to be a tall and muscular man with blond hair which he wore in a braid. His outfit consisted of a long white shirt and grey pants. He also wore a belt around his waist and around his chest to attach his armor in the shoulder.

Personality

Just like Honest, The instructor is very cruel and sadistic since he literally mentally abuse people with the power he has, but he it's shown to be a little bit coward. Since he was scared for his own life, knowing that the Honest would have his head if someone tells that his relatives was been killed.

Biography

Due to its short appareance, nothing is known about the instructor's past. But he was formely the instructor of the Imperial Fist, an respected martial art temple of the Empire. However, he was secretely hired by Iokal, a close relative to Honest to begin his rap sheet in raping woman, which results in him getting kicked out from the temple for bad behavior.

After Night Raid was contacted for Iokal's assassination, The instructor finds Mine and Tatsumi in a vast forest who launched a counter-attack on him, as he begins to dodge the Pumpkin's bullets and block Tatsumi's dagger with his bare hands, but Mine successfully shot him and falls in the floor with an massive disemboweled hole in the chest.
