History[]
Origin[]
The Shiners are devolved humans after the human race created the Steambots they found very little to do and fell prey to there greed.
SteamWorld Tower Defence[]
The Shiners are the main antagonists in SteamWorld Tower Defence, leading to the Sherrif and the Steambots at the time to try to keep them out of they're mines.
SteamWorld Dig: A Fist Full of Dirt[]
The Shiners can be seen in OldWorld and Vectron where some of them were sleeping but would wake up if hearing a sound, sometimes holding a stick of dynamite, and others throwing bottles at Rusty.
SteamWorld Dig 2[]
The Shiners were seen in an Oasis, an area that was owned by Rosie. Rosie was using Dorothy to destroy a few Vectron generators so that other Shiners would stay at her Oasis, Both Rosie and Dorothy had a battle and the world was broken to peaces.
Some shiners tried to disguise themselves to enter Steambot rockets, one of which was Handy Grabby disguising himself as Banicle Jones.
SteamWorld Heist[]
Some Shiners have appeared in Vectron ships in tubes. And a cyborg shiner was seen at the fanally of the radio drama that was explaining what was happening to Captain Piper Faraday and her crew after they defeated Vectron.
