Shinzu Shion is an antagonist from Metal Armor Dragonar and is a member of an information division from Giganos.
Appearance[]
He is a tall bald man with pale skin. He wears sunglasses, a black hat, and a black trench suit.
Biography[]
He shows up when Meio Plato shows up at an island in the Southern Frontier. He stated he was there to inform Meio that he had been called back to the moon by his superiors. He also explains that Meio sympathizers have formed a rebellion that supposedly happened because of Meio's punishment and the military's lack of involvement. After Meio met with Kaine in Kyoto, Shinzu sent out assassins after Kaine's head, but he manages to escape after Linda created an improvised smokescreen.
