Shirley, referred as the "Villain" or "The Villain Whose Name Isn't Shirley", is the main antagonist of Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators, an android created by both of Jimmy and Timmy who seeks to merge their universes and create his own. However he redeems himself at the end of the movie and opens a pizzeria. He is extremely stupid and comical. He is voiced by Jeff Garlin.

shirley was made to be a supervillain but when it came to the real world,he showed to be a very generous and playful person and that really irritates timmy and jimmy a lot.but when he was forgotten by the two boys shirley felt disgusted and betrayed and started to destroy the two worlds of timmy turner and jimmy neutron.
