Shirley (Jimmy Timmy Power Hour)

Shirley, referred as the "Villain" or "The Villain Whose Name Isn't Shirley", is the main antagonist of Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators, an android created by both of Jimmy and Timmy who seeks to merge their universes and create his own. However he redeems himself at the end of the movie and opens a pizzeria. He is extremely stupid and comical.

He is voiced by Jeff Garlin.

Appearance

He possesses and wears a blue mechanical suit, which contains many weapons. He also has a helmet with horns and a pair of spikes on his shoes.

Powers and abilities

Shirley is able to cross between dimension and emitting powerful lasers from his shoulders. His trump cards is the ability to adapt at most of the situations.
