Tokugawa Iemitsu is a villain in the second season of the TV show DC's Legend of Tomorrow. He is a shogun in feudal Japan, where he encounters and antagonizes Ray Palmer and most of the Legends.
He was portrayed by Stephen Oyoung.
History
When Ray Palmer accidentally arrives there, he is knocked out by the shogun's men and captured. He is brought before the shogun who has him interrogated by one of his men and takes Ray's armor for himself.
He later dispaches three of his men to take care of his betrothed, Masako Yamashiro, claiming that he does not want any other intruders to bother her. They indeed find Nate Heywood, whom they severely injure.
