Silvie, alternatively stylized as S1L-V13, is a major antagonist of 2023 indie horror game series The Bunny Graveyard, serving as the main antagonist of its first installment of the same name. A demonic rabbit taking the form of the kindhearted gardener Skye, Silvie has turned the garden from a peaceful place into a dictatorship with her at its top.
Silvie is voiced by Laura Challender. When disguised as Skye, she is voiced by Courntey Chu. In older versions of the game, her true form was voiced by Kenneth Alvarez.

Appearance[]
Silvie, in her truest form, is a shadowy rabbit-like creature with purple highlights around the cheeks. Her facial features, two giant eyes and a maw full of sharp teeth, are all rendered in white, and she has a long purple tongue.
Under the identity of Skye, Silvie resembles a beige rabbit with aquamarine eyes, typically wearing a gray pair of overalls and a pale green shirt. Notably, Silvie seems to wear this skin as a full body suit, and it's implied that her disguise was made using someone's corpse. Also notable is that Silvie's disguised form has both eyes, while the actual Skye has lost her right eye and covers it up with a heart-shaped eyepatch. Silvie's fur and eyes also seems to be duller than the real Skye's.
When angered, Silvie's eyes glow a deep purple, a detail which starts to tip off the fact that the Skye seen for the majority of the chapter isn't the true Skye.
Personality[]
Ruthless as she is obsessed with power, Silvie is primarily concerned with keeping the entire garden under her claws. She sets so many rules that she does not follow herself, and anyone who disobeys is subject to a cold and gruesome death. Silvie also seems to see other races (the frogs and the Handy Pals) as inferior to herself.
Silvie's main motive, according to her, is to never be alone, and is terrified at the prospect of being abandoned. While true to some capacity, Silvie also shows great pleasure forcing everyone under herself instead of any sort of healthy relationship.
When things don't go her way, Silvie goes berserk. Accusing others of wrongdoings, Silvie starts to let her power slip as she starts screaming to the top of her lungs.
That being said, even with all her shortcomings, she seems to hold some sort of care towards her son, Boxers, willing to spare him repeatedly and being uncharacteristically serious when Boxers is about to be sucked into the portal to a different world. That being said, she views him as weak and senseless, straight up insulting him to his face multiple times. This amount of care is reciprocated by Boxers, who eventually disowns her as his mother by the end of the chapter and abandons her.
While not explicitly confirmed, it's heavily implied that Silvie is jealous of the relationship between Ben and Nelson, likely in no small part due to her relationship with her own son being strained. This has gotten to a point where Silvie has been stalking the family, as indicated by a pair of shadowy rabbit ears hidden in one of the frog family's photos.
When under the disguise of Skye, Silvie pretends to be nurturing to her garden's members. However, her kindness is only skin-deep, and she quickly turns on them the moment things go wrong.
Silvie does seem to enjoy playing the piano, practicing it when she suspects that she's alone.
Biography[]
Past[]
Before the events of the game begin, Silvie had replaced Skye through some unknown means, now wearing her skin in order to impersonate her, though it's unclear if she had killed her version of the rabbit to use her form. Creating an army of Handy Pals to serve under her bidding, Silvie had been commanding them to grow her garden, with the plants acting as her eyes to keep anyone from leaving.
During this time, Skye and the Handy Pals had created a house for her in the woods, far away from the garden. Why she decided to do so is unclear.
Just before the game begins, a young frog named Ben had seen Skye killing one of the Handy Pals. Not wanting things to get worse and fearing for the safety of himself and his father, Ben tries to shoot Skye in the face point-blank, with the bullet going clean through her skull, only for her face to completely regenerate in nearly a second's time. Skye locks the boy up deep in her own home as a punishment for his misbehavior.
The Bunny Graveyard[]
On one fateful night, a player had been sucked into a game known as The Bunny Garden, taking the form of a white glove known as the cursor. Awakening in a place known as Skye's Lovely Garden, they are met with Skye and a Handy Pal, distinguished by a silver ring on one of their fingers. Skye introduces herself and the Handy Pal, known as Number 8, and welcomes the player into the garden. Skye immediately puts the cursor to work in her garden, having them go along with the others.
While the cursor is there helping the garden, they eventually uncover pieces of a note that shows instructions to a secret underground boxing ring led by a young disguised rabbit named Boxers. While the cursor follows these instructions and enters, Skye and Number 8 have a conversation, warning the Handy Pal one final time to not venture out of the labyrinth, lest the rest of the Pals suffer by her hands. Number 8 tries to sneak away in the night, only for Skye to ambush them, tearing the glove apart with nothing remaining.
The next morning, the cursor returns to the garden, only for it to start raining. With no way of gardening in that state, Skye instead decides to call upon some of the Handy Pals to go on a fishing trip, where they slowly get picked off by something in the woods. Skye sends out the cursor to look for them, only the hand to discover a monster resembling a Handy Pal. Skye calls out for the Handy Pals, causing the monster to flee, suggesting that Skye's influence goes far beyond the scope of the garden.
After rescuing only two of the three Handy Pals, Skye and the gang head into the forest to meet an old friend of hers, with Skye telling them to wait outside. Listening into the conversation, Skye is ambushed by a frog named Nelson, who immediately places a gun on her forehead. Nelson is worried about his son, Ben, and suspects that Skye had something to do with his disappearance. Skye adamantly refuses any involvement and Nelson reluctantly places his gun down, leading to Skye going fishing with the frog for old time's sake.
Skye, Nelson, and the Handy Pals all arrive at the lake, where Skye challenges Nelson and the cursor to a competition. The hands have to grab fish while avoiding the piranhas, and whoever catches the most fish wins. The two go deeper in the lake each round to ramp up the difficulty
While things start off normal, Skye eventually drops her façade right before the final round. Coughing up a strange black liquid, Skye immediately summons tentacles in the water after Nelson tries to leave before revealing that she knows of Ben's whereabouts. Skye challenges the duo to one last round, where if they survive the monsters in the water, Skye will return Ben unharmed. If the cursor dies, so does Nelson. Nelson, having no other choice to save his son, accepts.
With a game of fishing turned into survival, the cursor and Nelson manage to emerge victorious. Enraged, Skye goes back on her offer, accusing the duo of cheating. After going on a rant against the two, Skye summons a monstrous fish in the water to devour the two.
The cursor survives, awaking on the pier back at Nelson's home. After finding Nelson's disembodied head lying motionless on the ground, the cursor has to survive another Mutated Handy Pal until Skye arrives on the scene, tearing it apart and revealing that it was Number 10. While she taunts the monstrous glove posthumously, Skye starts to break down, vomiting up another pool of black liquid before passing out.
Taking the opportunity, the cursor tries to escape, only to wind up in Skye's home. Trying to hide, they are eventually discovered by Skye, eyes glowing with rage and covered in an unknown substance. Skye locks the cursor away in a cellar, in the same location where she has been holding Ben.
The two are able to break out, only to land in the middle of Skye's living room, with Skye playing the piano. The two have to time their movements and hide whenever Skye suddenly starts to slam on the keys. Ben and the cursor make it out of the house and part ways.
By the time the cursor arrives back at the garden, another day has passed. When they arrive, they find Boxers and the other Handy Pals at the Labyrinth ready to escape. Before they can leave, Skye appears once more, blowing her whistle that causes the ten Handy Pals surrounding the area to explode. Skye starts to approach Boxers, thinking that the boy had missed her, before a dark claw makes its way out of her mouth. Pulling itself further and further until Skye's skin had been shed, the monster had revealed herself to be Boxers' mother. The monster starts taunting Boxers when he starts to break down, only to be punched away by the Fingertaker, one of the fighters in Boxers' ring who was protected from the whistle. With no other options, the cursor and Boxers enter the Labyrinth ahead.
Stuck in the maze with only a lantern given by Boxers as a guide, the cursor has to find their way through. Within the Labyrinth are dozens of flowers with eyes, as well as Boxers' mother herself. The cursor has to avoid all of them and make it to the end, where they discover a portal.
Just before they can enter, Boxers appears and asks the cursor to come back and live with him. The cursor, however, jumps through the portal, with Boxers slowly getting sucked inside. Just before he's pulled in, Boxers' arm gets grabbed by his mother, who for the first time in her real form had dropped her smile. Boxers' mother tries to warn her son of what's out there, only for Boxers to retort that under her care, he never had any sort of life. Once he finishes, Boxers gets sucked in the portal, revealing his mother's name to be Silvie, and leaves her behind.
Silvie was last seen watching Boxers enter the portal, the smile on her face having faded after hearing Boxers dig into her. Whether or not Silvie decided to enter the portal or not is unclear, though Silvie is likely to return in the next game.
Powers/Abilities[]
- Disguise: Silvie has a full-body skinsuit to disguise herself as Skye.
- Regeneration: Silvie is capable of reforming both her own body as well as her disguise, being able to survive a bullet pointed directly at her face.
- Claws: Silvie can let her disguise slip just a little bit to expose her claws, and is able to use them to tear apart her opponents. Silvie is quite strong when compared to even the Mutated Handy Pals, easily tearing one to shreds.
- Creation: As confirmed by Boxers, Silvie is the creator of the various Handy Pals that are encountered around the garden through her own magic and a regular garden glove. Whether or not she is responsible for the hostile Mutated Handy Pals is unclear.
- 4th-Wall Awareness: Silvie is aware of the fourth wall, intentionally glitching out the game if the player constantly refuses to accept her offer at the beginning of the game. She is also aware that the white Handy Pal is the cursor, something nearly no one else knows about.

Trivia[]
- Silvie, as part of her disguise, seemingly tries to mimic Skye's southern accent, but drops it whenever she gets enraged.
- How she's able to appear as a near-perfect replica of Skye is unclear, as the real Skye seems alive and well. It's possible that Silvie comes from a different universe as the mainline Skye, and her version of the rabbit was killed to form her disguise.
- While likely non-canon, a comic posted by Pichon Games has her state that Silvie's wears whatever she kills, and nothing else.
- If the player repeatedly fails a task during the beginning of the game, the next time they talk to Skye, a black drop of liquid can be seen from her mouth.
- Strangely, the credits list her name as "S1L-V13" alongside her normal name. Considering how she's a fictional character, it's possible that this might be her name in the fictional game's code.
- Her birthday is on December 13th.
