Simon Price is a character in the novel 'The Casual Vacancy' by J.K. Rowling.

Biography

Simon Price lives in Pagford, the setting of the novel. He is married to Ruth and has two sons named Andrew and Paul. Simon has a bad temper and is physically and verbally abusive to his wife and sons when he is angry. He bullies Andrew by calling him 'Pizza face' on account of his acne and calls his younger son Paul 'Pauline' due to being weak and having nosebleeds (which Simon compares to periods).
