The Sinister Felines From Atop the Litterbox (SFFATL for short) are the pet cats of the Delightful Children From Down the Lane and the enemies of the Hamsters Next Door. Both are animal counterparts to their owners.
Biography[]
They have only appear in "Operation: H.A.M.S.T.E.R.", in which they crash the party the Hamsters are holding and capture them. The Hamsters Next Door then battle the cats throughout the Sector V Treehouse and ultimately defeat them, in a Tom and Jerry-esque fashion.
Nigel is seen promising Lizzie that he would go on a date with her if she let him listen in on the principal's conference. He overhears that they were going to make the schools' playgrounds into a salad facilities. Back at the treehouse, they are all getting ready for the mission, when Lizzie mentions a romantic movie she wants to see with Nigel, and it makes Kuki excited, wanting to go see it.
While the team is off, the hamsters are attacked and captured by the Sinister Felines from Atop the Litterbox, but end up battling the Hamsters Next Door. While the Sinister Felines are "talking" to the female-cat disguise, The Sinister Felines From Atop The Litterbox still have the same voices as the Delightful Children. The SFFATL trick the Hamsters Next Door into becoming tied to a bomb dynamite. But all the dog houses in the neighborhood blow up, scaring the SFFATL and all the enraged dogs in the backyards chase after the Sinister Felines.
in "Operation "P.A.R.T.Y.", They are (briefly) mentioned by Father when Father reminded his children to feed the cats before he left to get a massage. meaning that they escaped from all the enraged dogs.
