Sleepwalker or Sleeping Man is a monster and urban legend created by the Canadian horror artist Trevor Henderson. He is a humanoid entity that haunts care facilities while mimicking a sleep walking man in order to hunt his prey.
Appearance[]
Sleepwalker is a humanoid entity that has an appearance that looks like a pale, naked, skinny, sleeping elderly man (or woman) who has closed eyes (which are his real nostrils), no eyebrows and small amount of hair on his head. His actual jaw is located below the fake face's lips and its small, black eyes above the fake eyes on his forehead. He walks while imitating sounds of beeping medical equipment. He can be seen with a stolen blanket or a gown.
While showing threat display, he will open his true mouth and show his humanoid teeth.
When he gets into "feeding frenzy" his second face becomes more evident with his throat inflating and his fake face being pushed back. During feeding frenzy, his mouth will open further, his knee joints will turn backwards and allow him to move on fours. He can be seen with more, sharper and longer teeth during feeding frenzy.
Behavior[]
Sleepwalker will haunt care facilities where he can fit with his fake appearance. He will walk around the facility, sometimes with a stolen blanket or a gown while imitating beeping sounds of medical equipment. He will show threat display by opening his true mouth.
During feeding frenzy, Sleepwalker will stop pretending to be a human and attack his prey. His throat will inflate and his knee joints will bend backwards, allowing him to move faster.
Sleepwalker will swallow his prey alive and cause everyone that knew them to forget about their existence.
