Tippy Tinkletrousers II, better known as Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy Tinkletrousers, is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Supa-Mega Tippy Tinkletrousers) of the 2013 novel Captain Underpants and the Revolting Revenge of the Radioactive Robo-Boxers, the tenth instalment in the Captain Underpants franchise.
He is a doppelgänger from Tippy Tinkletrousers who was created when Tiny Tippy, the past self of Tippy whom he shrunk, time traveled to the past to discover where George Beard, Harold Hutchins, Mr. Krupp, Crackers and Sulu had escaped with the Purple Potty, resulting in the creation of a ten minutes younger variant of Tiny Tippy. However, it's not a long time before all three Tippys start to backstab each other in their pursuit to destroy Captain Underpants.
Personality[]
Like the other two Tippy’s, Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy had gone through a state from wanting to save the world with his brilliant inventions to going insane after he was continuously laughed at due to his name. Ever since, Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy is shown to have no remorse to anyone, not even the two other versions of himself. This is mostly shown when he was daring to have a giant bomb get ignited to the point that it would destroy the entire galaxy.

When George, Harold, Sulu, Crackers and Mr. Krupp went back in time, Tippy Tinkletrousers sent his younger self back in time to find out where George and Harold disappeared to. Because of this, three Tippys existed at once: "Big Tippy," "Tiny Tippy," and "Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy." When Tiny Tippy found out when they going, He told Big Tippy and Slighty Younger Tiny Tippy when they are and the three Tippy’s go back in time to the land of dinosaurs and kick the heroes and Mr. Krupp out of the tree and destroying their time machine.
The boys turn Mr. Krupp into Captain Underpants and they get into a chase by Big Tippy (who is riding on a dinosaur). The two tiny Tippy’s decided they didn't like being bossed around by Big Tippy and went into the future to get the Goosy-Grow 4000 where they use it to grow Tiny Tippy huge and. now calls himself by “Supa Mega Tippy”, betrayed Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy and plans to leave him in the present.

Later Big Tippy discover Captain Underpants’s weakness is water that turns him back to Mr. Krupp and gets into an argument with Supa Mega Tippy and try to kill all of them with a bomb. However Supa Mega Tippy kicks Big Tippy and his bomb into Mexico and they escape (along with George, Harold, Sulu and Crackers who stowaway with him). While Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy sabotage the Freezy-Beam 4000 so it can’t be turn off.
After George and Harold got a army of caveman to defeat Supa Mega Tippy and getting his Robo-Pants damaged, Supa Mega Tippy try to use his ice ray to freeze them only finding out it can’t be turn off. Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy steal the Gossy Grow and grow himself 120 feet but drops the growth ray into the ice and creating a ice age.
George and Harold untied Mr. Krupp and turned him into Captain Underpants, who moved the cavemen to a safe area but was turned back to Mr. Krupp by Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy, who took the boys, Sulu, Crackers and Mr. Krupp 30 years into the future. Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy began kicking Mr. Krupp like a kick-ball, so George and Harold turn Old Mr. Krupp into Old Captain Underpants to save Mr. Krupp. Then the boys turn Mr. Krupp back into Captain Underpants and the two Captain Underpantses battle Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy and beating him up.

Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy is not ready to give up, he try to blow up the entire galaxy with his thermonuclear bomb to just to get last laugh, but Sulu and Crackers use his time machine to teleported him to before the universe's inception before the bomb detonated. The bomb blows up killing Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy, Sulu and Crackers and creating the universe with the Big Bang (or "Big Ka-Bloosh Theory"). Thus, all three of the Tippy Tinkletrousers‘ deaths caused the major events of the universe to take place.

- He easily has the highest attempted kill count in the entire Captain Underpants series, as he tried to blow up the galaxy with a bomb.
- Only him, the original Tippy and Supa Mega Tippy are the only human antagonists that where killed in a violent manner; as all other human antagonists, human villains, including Mr. Krupp, Melvin, Ms. Ribble, Evil George, Evil Harold, Captain Blunderpants, Kipper Krupp, his gang, and Mr. Meaner were dealt with non-violently.
- Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy Tinkletrousers is the first villain to kill off a heroic character as his nuclear bomb killed not only himself but also Sulu and Crackers. He would be followed by the Harold 2000 and Sir Stinks-A-Lot.
- Ironically, despite being the most dangerous variant of Tippy Tinkletrousers, it's safe to say that the Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy was initially the least evil one: he wanted to assist Big Tippy (his mainstream counterpart) only to be rebuffed by him and agreed to enlarge Tiny Tippy into Supa-Mega Tippy in exchange of being enlarged too only for Supa-Mega Tippy to ungratefully betray him, leading him to sabotage his Robo-Pants.
