Slim Cognito is a minor character in the Ratchet & Clank franchise. He was voiced by James Horan in his first two appearances and by James Arnold Taylor in Secret Agent Clank.
History[]
Slim Cognito is a black market dealer who gives Ratchet and Clank unauthorized upgrades for their weapons. He got a run in with the police for mistakenly selling a Suck Cannon upgrade to a minor whom he mistook for an adult. As a result, he went to Aquatos of the Solana Galaxy to give Ratchet used Megacorp weapons. He made a bootleg Captain Qwark vid comic. He also appeared in Size Matters and Secret Agent Clank. He was arrested and sent to Zordoom Prison.
Personality[]
Slim Cognito is a shady black market guy. He is known for his shifty style and makes illegal upgrades. He is genuinely friendly to Ratchet and Clank.
Appearance[]
In the original continuity, the only thing people see of him are two eyeballs.
Trivia[]
- He and the R.Y.N.O. salesman were originally the same character. This idea was reused for the 2016 game.
- If people who played Going Commando with save data that has the five weapons reused in Up Your Arsenal unlocked, Slim Cognito can give the weapons at Aquatos for free.
