In The Gods of Pegana, the Small Gods are the supernatural creatures who were created by Mana-Yood-Sushai.
Overview[]
The Small Gods are important characters in the story. They created the world, suns and mortals for them to play with. The Small Gods seemed to care about mortals. However, it is more likeable that the Small Gods cared about mortals just because they saw mortals as toyes which could give them joy. Some of the Small Gods would kill mortals without hesitation.
Even though the Small Gods were powerful and immortal, when Mana-Yood-Sushai woke up, the Small Gods could do nothing but would be destroyed by him.
Trivia[]
- Real-lord Allah (Only true god in the mythos of Islam) and the deities (deos in the mythos of Greek religion) who lived on Olympus were mentioned once in the novel. The novel said that Mana-Yood-Sushai had started to rest before they appeared. However, it is unknown if they are also ones of the Small Gods.
