Smartsy Fartsy is a supporting antagonist of the Dreamworks Animation series The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants, which is based on Dav Pilkey’s Captain Underpants children's book series.
He is a fart brought to life by George and Harold.
He was voiced by Trevor Devall, who also voiced Ravus Nox Fleuret in Final Fantasy XV and Neo Roanoke in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny.
Personality[]
Even though he actually wasn't, he believed that he was getting laughed and mocked at when he read the comic that inspired his creation. Due to this, he turned into a hegemonic, selfish flatulence who would try the very best to destroy all life forms besides his own and then conquer the world. However, when he learned he was actually given good recognition, he stopped his evil-doing and became a nice flatulence wanting peace to the world.
Biography[]
He was created by George and Harold by using Melvin Sneedly’s machine called the “Elevapor 2000” to break into Mr. Krupp’s safe to take the rule book to Vil Endenemys and get Mr. Krupp fired.
Smartsy gets the book and George and Harold decided to use him to do their pranks. However Smartsy found George and Harold’s comic in the bathroom and put the rule-book in Hank's Hidey Hole and ripped up George and Harold’s comic and decided to take over the world.
George and Harold turn Mr. Krupp into Captain Underpants to stop him, but Captain Underpants swallow Smartsy, causing Smartsy combie with his super power DNA and become powerful and traps the school in a dome.
Captain Underpants using a helicopter as a giant fan to blow him away and frees everyone. However Smartsy plot revenge against the boys and Captain Underpants by disguising as the Tooth Fairy and stealing frats from people.
When Melvin teams up with George, Harold and Captain Underpants to build a new Elevapor 2000 to make a new smart fart and break in to Hank's Hidey Holes to get the rule book, Smartsy uses the machine to make an fart army and attempted to blow people up with farts to take over the world.
Luckily, Captain Underpants uses balloons and blow his army into the balloons and tied the balloons so they can’t escape. Smartsy gets mad with them as he say that he doesn’t want to be laugh at.
However the people respect him and Smartsy allowed that farts and humans lived together in peace.
