Smirch is a minor antagonist from the TV series, Ozzy and Drix, who appeared as the main antagonist from the episode, Street Up.

Street Up[]
Drix wants to learn how to street talk. Smirch came to teach Drix falsely how to street talk, but it turned out to be against the people around. Drix later helps Smirch go to the sebum oil refinery, which unknowingly makes him grow in order for everybody to recognize him and it gives Hector a big pimple in the middle of his forehead on picture day. Drix later defeats him by dropping sodium bicarbonate toothpaste on him, which makes him shrink, so Chief Gluteus arrested him by putting him in his pocket.
Appearance[]
Smirch appeared as a light grey character with dark grey bumps on his face. he also appeared to have a long head and chin. he also appears wearing a purple suit with a peach collared shirt and black shoes. He speaks with a Brooklyn accent.
Personality[]
Smich is an egotistic type, since he wanted to gain popularity by making himself big.
Trivia[]
- Unlike most villains from the tv series, Smirch doesn't die at the end of his defeat. Rather, he becomes imprisoned inside Gluteus's pant pocket after getting shrunk.
