Smun is an antagonist in the third season of The Lion Guard. He is a Malayan porcupine, the leader of the prickles, and Mama Binturong's loyal enforcer. He was voiced by James Sie.
Personality[]
Smun is a crafty, devious and sneaky porcupine who leading his prickles to serving his boss Mama Binturong. He is very loyal to Mama Binturong who taking care of him and his follow porcupines, he enforcing all Tuliza for Mama Binturong by scaring all animals in the forest.
Biography[]
Smun first appears in the episode 'Mama Binturong' when he is hiding in the grass and eavesdropping on the Lion Guard. When he hears them talking about Tuliza, Smun immediately runs to tell Mama who tells her porcupines why its best not to mess with Mama. She then has them steal Makini's staff and bring it to the Stone Forests with the rest of her Tuliza stash. When Bunga arrives at the forest, Mama orders her porcupines to attack him but Bunga defeats them by farting on them and destroying the Tuliza. When Mama leaves to get revenge on Mama, Smun sadly remarks that the forest won't be the same without her.
Smun appears again in 'The Triumph of the Roar' having arrived to the Tree of Life and gathered Makucha's Leap and Ora's Bank. Smun and his porcupine allies trap Ullu on Mama's orders so she can't warn the Night Pride of her attack on the Tree of Life but Ullu scares the porcupines by turning her head around and escapes. Later, Smun and the porcupines join Mama and her army on occupying the Tree of Life, however, Kion returns and uses the power of the roar to capture Smun and the rest of the villains in a tornado and sent them far away from the Tree of Life.
