The Soldier is the main protagonist of the 2023 video game Military Academy 3D.
They are a US Soldier who signed up for the US Army in hopes of becoming a soldier and after through some unseen events, their opportunity came true as they passed inside and joined the army.
Their voice actor is unknown, but it is assumed that their voice is AI generated.
Biography[]
Past[]
Nothing much is known about the soldier's past, but it is commonly known that to join the US Army, they must:
- U.S. Citizenship: You must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident (Green Card holder).
- Age: You must be under the age of 34.
- Dependents: You must have no more than two dependents.
- Education: You must be a high school graduate (12 grades).
- Physical and Mental Fitness: You must be able to pass both physical and mental examinations.
- Background Check: You will undergo a background check to ensure your suitability for service.
So that must what have happened so the president was elected. Before the game starts, the player is presented with either a male, female or African-American male character. After they select their chosen character, the game starts.
Prelims[]
In the main base of the military camp, the sergeant greets them and says that they must pass physical training to get rank isignia. The Soldier, annoyed, tells him that "Physical Training is for kids, show me the gun." The sergeant ignores them and announces that their training was start at 4AM sharp in the morning before dismissing them. The Soldier says to The Captain "I usually sleep at 4AM" before leaving the base centre.
Chapter 1[]
First thing for The Soldier is to do some push-ups. They have to do 5 to pass. When they begin, the Soldier comments that this is already too easy for them, but when they reach 3, the sergeant brings them a training partner. The Training Partner was very strict and a bully as he insults them saying that this isn't their home and to do it with one hand. Despite this making the exercise hard, it was a challenge for the soldier who managed to do it easily!
Next was climbing a rope up to ring the bell. When the soldier starts climbing and was halfway through, the training partner suddenly then starts kicking the poles. Frightened and angered, the soldier asks "Why are you doing this?!?" and he replies "It's for your training." before laughing maniaclly. But it wasn't much of a problem as they reach the top and ring the bell!
Soon after, back at the military base, the sergeant decides to promote the soldier into "Private" in their Isiginia. Their goal is to reach the top one which is "President" to fully complete their career in the army! The sergeant then tells them to assemble their first weapon, which is a pistol. After the soldier attaches every part as well as put some paint job on it, they got their first weapon to shoot!
Outside, the soldier decided to test their pistol skills on a target. Unknown to them, they have just beaten their training partner's world record on the leaderboard, who was notified by another fellow soldier. The training partner confronts them and says "Anyone can shoot a pistol, I challenge you in rifle shooting." At the rifle shooting range, the training partner was infuriated that the soldier managed to take down all the targets, so he accusses them of using tricks to confuse and beat him in that. The soldier denies this, saying "Beating an ameteur doesn't require skills." This angers the training partner and he orders them to clean his shoes. But they weren't that much of a problem to the soldier.
Chapter 2[]
The sergeant the tells the soldier that due to their hard effort, they have been ranked up to Corporal. He explains that they need to learn some tatical skills before going into battle. The soldier replies that they're good at playing strategy games, so it should be easy. The sergeant laughs before telling them to assemble a grenade to prove it, but the soldier protests "Drop me into the warzone already!" But they decided to assemble a grenade anyway after building it and designing it.
The soldier decides to test the grenade outside by throwing it a dummies that are outside near a large shed. Their next task was more than an explosion; it was to defuse a bomb! After following the instructions by cutting the wires in the right order, they defuse it! The training partner comes over and explains that he's had enough of this and orders them to show him their physical strength.
Inside the gym, the training partner barks at the soldier to "show me [their] muscle power" by lifting a large barbell 4 times. During this, he insults them by saying "Even my grandma can lift this" and "It's beginner's luck." Evantually, as they reach 3, the training partner angrily steps on one of the barbell's sides and declares a challenge by a fight. The soldier replies that it's "Time to teach you a lesson." Outside, the soldier and training partner were outside in a mud arena with a referee. The fight begins with both soldiers punching each other. Evantually, the soldier emerges victorius and leaves the training partner lying there unconscious.
The next day, the soldier returns to the main base and finds the sergeant with a worried expression. He briefs that some of the army's soldiers got kidnapped and that they have to rescue them! Before the mission, the soldier assembles a bolt-action rifle completed with a paint job and some misc items. After that, the soldier drops into the mission that starts with them sneaking up on a soldier using sandbags as cover before taking him down. They soon come across their fellow soldier, with the training partner among them as hostages guarded by terrorists. They decide to shoot one of the terrorist's gun out of his hand in hopes of disarming him, but it didn't work and soon the enemy was alerted. After taking them all down, the training parnter thanks them for saving his life.
Chapter 3[]
Soon after the mission, the soldier decides to create a dog tag and put their own name (Player determined) on it. After publishing it, they admire it as they put it around their neck. To make the day even better, the sergeant decides to give them a valiant medal for their bravery and a promotion to sergeant, despite the soldier's protest that they deserve a double promotion. He then tells them to assign their team carefully, much to the soldier's glee saying "I don't mind getting your job too." The requirements to get in are:
- Age 18+
- >100 lbs
The first recruit was a young woman named Lauran Brown who is 21 and weighed 121 lbs. The soldier rejects her, telling her that better luck next time. Next was Ryan Cooper who is older than Lauran by 26 years old and weighs 155. Despite this addition, they reject him since they think he's too heavy to join and that he needs to lose some weight. Joseph Turner was 25 and 220 lbs in the next line yet the soldier thinks he's too overweight to join just like Ryan Cooper.
John Wick AKA Baba Yaga wants to join the army for unknown reasons, but the soldier think he's just strong but not smart and rejects him. The last one was the training partner bully who wants to join their team to "return a favor." The soldier rejects him while apologizing "Sorry. I won't deal with you, bully." much to his sadness.
Training was next and the soldier was competing in a race against another fellow soldier. The captain blows his whistle and the race starts! First, there was some climbing bars that the soldier climbed fast through and they ran to the next course which was hop-scotch which was easy for them anyway. Finally, they walked over a beam while attempting to keep balance and the amazing soldier finished the race!
Later, the soldier decided to assemble a sniper rifle with some paint job done and attached with some misc items. After that is some practice with it with some targets very far away in which they managed to take down. The sergeant back at the main base congratulates them for good training, but questions them about them missing their daily chores. They reply "I prefer my junior to take care of my chores." before the sergeant reminds them that "This is the army, not your home." before ordering them to clean the bathroom. During this, the soldier wished they should've done chores before finishing the job.
Another assembly was a big RPG complete with customization of paint and misc attachments, also joined up with some training of firing rockets at crates targets with parachutes which are easily taken down by them. Soon after, the sergeant decides it's time for a mission and tells the soldier to get their sniper ready only to receive complaint from them groaning that they prefer missles rather than a sniper before deploying. At the place, which is an abandoned factory, the soldier places a suppresor onto their gun and stealthfully take down the enemies before cutting a hole through the fence and crawling through it.
Once inside, the soldier takes out their bolt-action rifle and fights their way through the factory taking down enemies along the way. During this, their weapon got jammed and they had to either use their sidearm or grenades. Regardless, they kill all terrorists and clear the area. They then pick up the radio and get word that enemy helicopters are coming. The soldiers asks for backup, but they don't come. So they destroy the helicopters with their rocket launcher single-handed. Back at the army camp, the sergeant gives them another medal and tells them that since they're a great strategist, it's time to apply for higher ranks. This suprised the soldier and asks if they can be his boss and he gives them a special OTA examination, but the soldier wishes it was only true and false questions.
Chapter 4[]
After answering the questions (which weren't that hard at all) correctly, they meet the colonel who has heard of all the missions they have done. The soldier answers that Hollywood made a movie on their adventure. The colonel laughs and tells them to go dress up as a second lieutenant. They ask if they get an iron man suit, but they don't as they customize their apperance with new clothes, a helmet, goggles and a NVG/Binoculars/Radio. Another training session and they easily complete it was just a simple task, but there was the captain who has heard of them and she explains that they need to be serious and punctual in [her] camp. The soldier explains that they're punctual at eating food before pulling out a choclate bar and asking if she wants one. This disgusts her and she orders them to clean the kitchen.
While cleaning up, the soldier just says to themselves that they were only joking and that nothing changed being an officer before hoping that one day, they'll lead the whole army. When they return to their dorm, they find that one of their photos which has their love intrest in it is torn and shocked, asks who could have done this. After fixing it with tape, they tell the photo "Nothing can seperate us." After, they test a machine gun on lots of targets and a van on which they handle the large gun.
The soldier was then given a mission to stop a prison transfer being taken over by criminals. After taking down the enemies and stopping the van, they come at a broken bridge and take down the other criminals and enemy helicopters with their RPG easily and single-handed. Back at the colonel's office, he tells them that it's time to customize their own vehicle (in which they can customize it or skip it). Next was inflitrating an enemy hideout. As they arrive with some others, enemies came out of the entrance and started shooting, wounding some soldiers who were dragged out to safety. The soldier fights back before using a radio to call for backup.
As they continue through the base taking out enemies along the way, they help an injured ally by taking out a bullet before bandaging up his wounds. A jeep arrives to pick them up and they get on with some enemy vehicles chasing them. The soldier uses the machine gun to destroy some of them, but the gun gets jammed as another one arrives. They order the driver to speed up and bring them back to base. They manage to get inside safely as guards shot a rocket at the last enemy jeep.
Chapter 5[]
The colonel congratulates them for doing a wonderful job and saving many lives that they receive a medal and a double promotion as Captain. He tells them that it's time for them to learn advanced tech, but the soldier replies that they already know everything before leaving. The other captain confronts them and explains that while they're on the same rank, she's still their boss before ordering them to clean their bunker. While cleaning up, the soldier wonders "Why is she targeting me? One day, I'll become her boss." before finishing up.
It was then time for the soldier to make a tank (in which they can customize it or skip it) for battle-ready stuff. After that, they test the tank on some broken vehicles. A defusal bomb test was next which involved putting in a code to stop it from blowing up. Soon after, the colonel tells the soldier that enemies are holding people in a nearby village hostage and that they need to rescue them. Clearing the entrance with the machine gun was easy enough, but as they enter one of the houses, they find an enemy holding a civillain pointing a gun to her head. He orders them to stop of he will kill the hostage if they refuse. With no other choice, they let him escape with the woman.
Chapter 6[]
Back at base, the colonel was so furious and angry at the soldier for letting the enemy go and demotes them to Lieutenant rank. Frustrated, the soldier calls him out, saying this is what they trained for. In response, the colonel orders them to clean his shoe. To make the day even worse, the captain insults them by telling them that they don't deserve to be in the army only for the soldier to respond that "Every dog will have its day." The captain then promises to make them suffer even more than they did.
In the gym, the soldier was excersing with a barbell, upset with what just happened to them. They are confused with what their superiors are doing to them, but tells themselves that they did so much for the country and that they don't deserve this punishment before swearing to prove everyone wrong. In their dorm, they write a letter to their loved one that reads as shown below:

The colonel then calls the soldier to his office and says that it's time to upgrade the military's jets (in which they can customize it or skip it) to help them in combat. Not long after, enemy jets attack the base and the captain tells the soldier that it's time to fight back. They enter an AA gun and begin shooting down the planes, making them crash land. The captain then suggests to return the favor and tells the captain to get in the jet and finish the rest of them. Up in the sky, they engage in a dogfight as they shot rockets and bullets at the enemies.
Back at base, the colonel decides that they must destroy the enemy base, but the soldier, in opposite, prefers "Sniper rather than missles", but they decide to help anyway as they connect some lines to find the enemy's base and facilities, get in a jet and start raining bombs on them despite the enemy's efforts to fire back. Then, some hostile fighter jets come up from behind and the soldier uses a minigun attached to the back of their jet to fire at them, destroying them. At briefing, the colonel was impressed at their performance that he promotes them to Captain again, a medal and gives them a chance to make their own heavy war machine team. The soldier thinks that they should recruit a DJ and rapper in their team, but decides to assemble their team without a second thought.
They tell the team that they have a special mission to stop terrorists who hijacked a plane and they get in jets and go after them. The soldier shoots down the plane's engines before taking out the enemies who opened the ramp of the plane and started shooting at them. The plane begins to fall down and the team use parachutes to land safely onto the ground. They land near an abandoned factory and the soldier uses a battering ram to break in and fight their way through waves of enemies. Just then, an enemy with a knife starts charging at them. The soldier immediantly shoots him in the leg, subduing him before taking them into a dark room for interrogation.
The soldier begins torturing him for the enemy camp's whereabouts by punching him multiple times despite the thug saying "I not telling you anything.". But after a few more punches, he begs for them to stop and says he will talk. Using the thug's intel, they locate the enemy base and snipe down the guards. An enemy walks out of a house and spots the soldier before readying to shoot them. In return, the soldier quickly subdues him just like they did with the thug by shooting him non-lethally, allowing their allies to capture them.
Chapter 7[]
At the base later, the colonel was again impressed by the soldier's efforts and performance that they promote them to Major and gives them a medal. He then tells them that their new job is on Navy Base Ship 1606, explaining that they must give cover to battle ships, defending them from pirates and enemies. The soldier becomes worried, hoping it's not a Titanic ship. A new weapon assembly was next for them as they build it with some paint job done and attached with some misc items.
Out on the sea later, the soldier fends off some pirates on speedboats using their assault rifle. After this, the colonel wants to upgrade the battleships for naval warfare (in which the player can customize it or skip it) which is soon followed by the soldier getting a radio call from the enemy, warning them to stop what they're doing or they will destroy them. They refuse to surrender and a warship fight occurs, a fight that the soldier wins. Some fleeing enemies try to get away, but they are shot down by the soldier's turret gun.
The soldier then receives a radio call from allies, saying they spotted enemy weapon shipment and that they need to stop them. The soldier asks if they can keep one of themselves, but they get on a speed boat, shoot down some guards with a sniper rifle. They then get on board and take out some enemies in a firefight before recovering the weapon crates. Back at base, the colonel decides to promote them to Lieutenant Colonel as a reward along with a medal. To make the day even better, he tells them that they'll be leading the battalion from now on. But the soldier scoffs, saying he should have done that a long time ago.
Later, the captain was shocked to see them, confused about how they're her new boss. The soldier responds that "It's time to show who's more deserving." She apologizes for her rude behavior to them and begs for one more chance. But the soldier hires her for cleaning shoes, resulting her in walking off upset. They are finally relieved that she's punished for good. Following this, they get on a laptop to chat with their love. He/She asks how was their day and they reply that they just taught a lesson to their ex-boss, the captain. In response, their love asks if they're the boss of the captain who tore their picture. They confirm it, explaining "It's time to take a proper revenge." The love advices her to leave the captain alone and focus on their own stuff. The soldier decides to hire the captain as a courier instead to send gifts to him/her before the two say goodbye to each other.
