Soldier 005 and Soldier 007 are supporting antagonists in Season 2 of Netflix's South Korean survival thriller series Squid Game. They are Masked Soldiers who are also organ harvesters.
Soldier 005 is portrayed by Jang Jae Ho and Soldier 007 is portrayed by Shin Joo Hwan.
Biography[]
In "001", during the Red Light, Green Light game, when Player 444 is caught moving, 005 shot him in the leg, as to keep him alive long enough as to not ruin his organs. However, after Player 456 and Player 120 helped Player 444 to win the game, Player 444 gets shot in the head by an unknown soldier, then 005 questions Soldier 011 from radio and its gets revealed that the one who shot 444 in the head was 011 much his frustration.
In "Six Legs", in their underground operating room, because of 011's shots, their doctor could only salvage the eyes from the corpses and after that 005 and 007 claims that they missed purposely which leads 005 to report 011 to the Masked Officer.
In "One More Game", after the second game, after 011 put her gun to closet, 005 and 007 secretly follows her and when she is about to enter her room, they push her into her room for threatening her. Even though 011 fights with them, 005 and 007 stick her to the ground and 005 takes out his switch blade and scratches her face and threatens to slice her fingers of and rape her the next time she interferes with the organ trafficking operation and leaves.
After the ordeal, 011 didnt interfere with the operation which causes 005 to tell her to continue this way whilst the Masked Officer tells 005 to keep and eye on her
It was unclear if 005 and 007 were involved in the shootout during Gi Hun's revolt or whether they were injured or killed.
